Boston road friendly’s is terrible. I went in to just order ice cream, the entire staff laughed and mumbled under their breath just to tell me at 10:09pm they are no longer serving. The service that was provided by X at the Wilbraham Boston Road facility was wonderful! She is an awesome and attenttive person. She wants her customers to feel like they matter. She really goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They need more servers like her. X you are awesom

Very quick unload despite having 5 different purchase order numbers. The two guys I dealt with were pleasant and did the unload fast and thorough. I had no trouble maneuvering through the facility. Is plenty of room for us longer trucks to move around here. Great job everyone. 🙂🙂🙂

Pretty sad when you go to friendlys &you are told there is no coffee available, then you can't order tea cause there is no creamers either. There is literally a piece chopper in walking distance less than 1 mile and the manager refuses to go get stock. Go to call corporate office /lol no one pic
