Clean place right on the beach that serves tastey and fresh food.
I had the pork tacos and the pork was well seasoned with black beans, fried onions, crunchy slaw and a spicy sauce on top. My only only criticism would be the small amount of pork on these large soft taco shells.
Worth a stop and I would definitely visit again.
And we have returned, several times. This time for dinner. Burgers and tacos.
Burger was fresh and juicey with lettuce and tomatoes. Fish Taco was outstanding but the braised beef taco was actually cold. This place is too good not to try again.
This it's not fancy, not pretentious, it's picnic benches and fountain soda everyday Americana... But the food is delicious and fresh, and served with care and service. It's clean, a great meal for the price. You can take your Michelin stars... To me this is a great meal with a great atmosphere. Oceanside, no less.

Good fish tacos, avocado sauce was a treat. Just a tad expensive, includes 2 for 15. Right on the beach and a little secluded from all the crowds, which i really like.
Super tastie lil spot underneath a hotel at the edge of the beach. Gorgeous views of the ocean. Fish platter was a good portion. Fish tacos are huge. Tons of options on the menu. The fries were solid
Hotdogs were excellent and very filling... We ordered two each and barely finished the first! Order the Sun Pups, they are awesome!
Great spot for food in Wildwood! Delicious food, great custom sauces for each dish. The cleanliness and staff were amazing. The owner was very accommodating. Sun dog burger was very delicious.
Ordered a Hot dog and the fish tacos both 10/10! Taco salad was good (they didn’t have the shell today) so I was later gifted complimentary sun pup balls and they were delicious!! John was so hospitable and the food was fresh and delicious. Casual spot with fresh food, great service with a stunning beach view!
If you go you simply must have the fish tacos. They are the best ones I've ever had.
Great establishment, especially for those with celiac disease. They use a custom blend of gluten free flours for all of their fried foods, so not only is everything that comes from the fryer gluten free, there is never a risk of cross-contamination. Is the food good? Yes. 100%. The food isn’t good “for being gluten-free.” The food is awesome because it just is. One thing to note- no gluten free buns. However, between their tacos, fish and chips, chicken fingers, those with celiac or gluten sensitivities will be full and happy when they leave.
Delicious! Part of our order was missing so the owner apologized and gave us complimentary sun pups - would highly recommend them!! I had the superfood salad which was great. Enjoyed the view and casual setting.
It’s pretty expensive but also, it’s right on the beach. What I like best is I could let my toddler wander onto the sand and entertain herself while we ate. It’s usually so stressful having to entertain little kids and corral them while out to dinner.
The downside is that sea gulls came and snatched French fries off our table while we were sitting there.

The Sundog Fish Tacos.. holy smokes. I can’t stop.. they are so damn delicious. I’m a weekly at this point. Chilly Cheese dog is also insane. Can’t recommend enough.
Over the last two years we’ve stayed at El Coronado and then Seapointe and the walk to Sun Dog has been worth it both times. This year, it was something we planned for and looked forward to and they did not disappoint. The shrimp tacos with mango are amazing and I think this place is vastly underrated. Any trip to wildwood should involve the Sun Dog.
Good tacos for pick up kind of like a pricey surf taco. Did take out but dining area was only pinic tables outside nice beach view though.
