The Aloha Oceanfront is a wonderful place to stay! We stayed for a long weekend and were pleasantly surprised by the impeccable cleanliness of the room upon check in. All of the staff were so friendly to my family (special shoutout to the woman in housekeeping, the young man keeping the balconies/railings/exterior clean, and front desk). Having a clean pool with a shallow area for kids was wonderful. It is definitely a family friendly place to stay. Coffee and breakfast downstairs was convenient and so many places within walking distance. We stayed on the third floor and the view was beautiful! The steps were at times challenging with small children but finding out there are different style rooms on each floor is great information for our next stay. We can't wait to come back and stay again!
We had a great time and will be booking again next year. Beautiful location. Very convenient to all attractions. Special shout-out to Chris who came through and saved the day!
Actually I didn't stay at the hotel, but we ate breakfast there and it was very good... It's a little place but the people are so nice and food is fresh and not expensive!!! We are going to look into the hotel next year 👍🏻
Used to be right on the beach but not any longer as New Jersey legislation did not allow for the rebuilding of the beaches. Still my favorite place to lay my head after a long fun day. The pool is fantastic and the breakfast spot that is attached is delicious
The Aloha is a very nice place to stay while visiting North Wildwood. The staff are extremely friendly, the rooms suit your needs for a week long stay, the pool is nice and the attached deli is delicious. That's what gives it 4 stars. BUT. It needs updating. At the absolute minimum, the rooms should have MUCH BETTER air conditioning units, ones that can cool both the bedroom and living room. I understand humidity is a problem, but what's worse is a HOT hotel room 24/7. The rooms should have ceiling fans if updating their air conditioning is a problem; the rooms are so stuffy and stagnant when there is no air circulation. Screen doors would be super helpful for air circulation because opening the door for a nice breeze just lets in a constant stream of flies to thrive in your living space. Lastly, the couch absolutely STINKS. Again, humidity is a factor, but they should be steam cleaned at the very least monthly if it smells that bad. As soon as I opened the door to the room I got hit with this stench of a 1000 past tenants. Gross. I don't want to be fully negative because it definitely is a good place to stay for a vacation, just keep those things in mind when booking.
Right on the water with beautiful views. Has a small cafe inside with great basic breakfast food (i recommend sausage egg and cheese on a long roll) at decent prices. Rooms are immaculate (like immaculate), and are kinda outdated but its just to relax in so whatever. Tvs are pretty old, and don't have good picture.
We love staying at the aloha motel ! It’s always so clean and it’s such a nice, fun, family friendly environment. Management is always available and helpful with any questions you may have. My son loves swimming in the pool and all the customers were fussing over him. What makes it even better, is that the beach is right across the street ! Definitely the best place to stay at the north wildwood beach !
The BEST place to stay. The hospitality, the pool, the view, the coffee shop & everything in between. We already can’t wait to be back!!!
My family has stayed here many times, it's always a pleasure, and today I wanted to thank and highlight in particular their amazing Aloha Cafe. It's a decent sized dine-in and take out resturant that serves breakfast and lunch. The couple behind the counter have been running the place for years now, and the food and service is consistently great. It's a perfect stop if you're looking for a meal to have on the beach. I had an amazing cheeseburger here yesterday, juicy, done just right, fresh lettuce and crisp Jersey tomato on top. Today I had a delicious breakfast burrito hot off the griddle. The motel is always a nice place to stay and, even if you're just visiting for the day, I highly recommend the cafe if you're hungry for a bite on the beach.
I already posted, been going there since 5 years ago. Most importantly, the most fabulous breakfast we ever had. They serve breakfast and lunch right on the premises. Out of the past 40 years going to the Jersey Shore, there is no competition with any other diners. You don't even have to go out. Coffee is great too. High five to such busy and the best cooks Thank you😀
