I try to go to Ruth's Chris wherever I travel. I expect the consistency and service they're known for. Being in a casino I'm sure they see a wide range of customers. Food was tasty, Oysters were amazing, steak was over cooked. Bartenders were ok, efficient, but not top notch. You dont make an old fashioned w cherries you'd make a Shirley temple w, and you definitely dont muddle them w the stems! Both bartenders would leave the bar at the same time. Never asked If my steak was cooked properly. Like I said consistency is about the little things.

Steak was great, although a little expensive. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was geared more towards a romantic setting, I brought my team from work and we seemed exceptionally loud considering the ambiance.

Went for a special occasion. Food was very good but we felt not on par with pricing. Service very good but is there such a thing as over service? Too many people coming to the table. Think 5 different peeps. We get the concept and do like great service. But.....ya know. Where was the dishwasher?.....just kidding. Maybe its just not our style of dining. Fine dining but stuffy. For some this may be great. No pics. Standard family Ala cart style presentation. I did have a fantastic Arnold palmer. Real ingredients used here. Overall we had a good time. We would have to decide if another visit occurs or go elsewhere to a independent family place.

Food was pretty good but drinks were too sweet, even the french onion soup was sweet. We had really good service

Daniel was an awesome waiter! There was a table of 10 behind us that had 3-4 servers to handle them. We just needed Daniel! Food is excellent and worth the money. Brussel sprouts are on the next level! Reason for 4 star not 5?- we ordered 2 cowboy ribeyes med. 1 came out perfect, the other was too rare. They cooked it and sent it back perfect. Still, you want to eat together nit 10 min apart from each other.

A Very Disappointing Experience On a recent visit to Ruth's Chris, my family and I had an incredibly negative experience. Despite our reservation being close to their closing time, we expect professional service, especially since we frequent the chain often and have always had positive experiences. Upon arriving a little late due to unforeseen circumstances, we were met with disdain and pressure to order immediately by our hostess, Amber. While we understand the need to wrap up, the condescending remarks and borderline racist comments were uncalled for. Suggestions like "the food court is open all night" and remarks about the inappropriate hour for "babies" were both unnecessary and unprofessional. The most alarming was her hinting at the need to call the "PPD." My family, having traveled all the way from Miami, Florida, and staying at the adjoining hotel, were both hurt and shocked by this treatment. This experience was in stark contrast to the one at 'The Hive' next door, where the staff was gracious and accommodating even though their dinner service was technically closed. Amber's behavior was inexcusable, cold, and unaccommodating. While we remained polite throughout the encounter, we received nothing but negativity in return. I hope management takes note and ensures that no other patrons have to endure such an unpleasant experience. --- **Update on Recent Visit** Upon return, I feel it's important to update our experience. Firstly, I must correct an error in my initial review; the hostess name was not Amber but Dawn (I believe). In an effort to address our dissatisfaction, we returned to Ruth's Chris today and had the opportunity to speak with the General Manager, Mark. His response to our concerns was exceptional, he is truly amazing. Mark was understanding, attentive, and took steps to rectify the situation. Our meal was delightful, and our bartender, Victoria, crafted some truly fantastic drinks. This follow-up experience has significantly improved my perception, and I'm now confident in recommending both the restaurant and the adjacent hotel to others. It's reassuring to know that there are staff members like Mark and Victoria who genuinely care about the customer experience. I’m confident in my 10/10 recommendations to come to Ruth Chris! I am changing my 1 star review to 5 stars across the board!

You know what your getting going here. And you pay for what you get. I have gone up and down places trying steak and calamari to compete in my opinion with Ruth's Chris. I have never had one come close. So I have saved my tastebuds from insult and decided that unless someone tells me.to try something that is close or better, I will just get my steak and calamari here and not go anywhere else for it. Side note, if you like your steak charred on the outside, then this place won't be your go to....im not a fan of that, but I don't not enjoy it or appreciate it....I just like Ruth's Chris the most and the enjoyable line....500 degrees on your left!!!
