My family and I love Rustic Kitchen! Everything on the menu is freshly prepared and the food is always excellent. The bartenders are top notch at their craft and the drinks are delicious. And their desserts are 10/10! Service is always great, and the staff makes you feel like family. Cay is the best!!
You Need To Know? Reservations made for 5:30 & they sat us right at the entrance to the casino floor. We ordered the Barrata Mozza Salad which was described as a party in your mouth! Meals were the tagliatelle bolognese which was very good. Also had the oreczhiette with sausage & broccoli which was awesome! The third meal was the chicken specialty which was a stuffed chicken breast with prosciutto mushrooms & cheese covered in a cherry glaze. This dinner was top notch flavor quality. Had dinner last nite at Rustic after watching horse race.
We just wanted to have light diner but Rustic dinner menu is not many options to choose from and by the way I’m not a salad person either.
I wanted from their lunch menu instead like panini or turkey sandwich but too bad they don’t do/have similar options like that for dinner.
I also mentioned to our waiter (on our check his name was Kevin) if they have thin crust pizza or flatbread you know something simple, easy, fast and not complicated and he said “I’m sorry we don’t have since the pandemic”
I said to my husband their dinner menu sounds fancy and great but also sort of heavy.
I ended up just having a cup of soup of the day (chicken vegetable) which was a good soup and my husband had linguine with meatballs and was good too (he shared some of his meal to me since I only having soup).
I just wish they consider to have more simpler menu for next time.
Just wanted to add this.. me and my husband agreed that our waiter was great.. energetic, friendly guy and got me a delicious mocktail that I had no clue what was it but it was really good.. great job!
I was in town for work and wanted to try this restaurant out. I didn't realize it was inside the Mohegan Sun. When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and found the restaurant by the casino. The restaurant was super nice. I sat at the bar and Tracy was my bartender and she was great. I started with the lemon drop martini and it was tasty. I then went with the espresso martini and the coffee was too strong so I went back to the lemon drop. For my dinner, I got saffron shrimp linguini. When it came out it looked delicious. When I dug in it was super tasty. I enjoyed the flavoring! I truly enjoyed my time and would return.
1st time here... very good. Service was excellent...food was authentic like promised.

We ended up going here for dinner a little while ago. I love the decor and the ambiance of the restaurant. We went on a Saturday and the chef was putting on a show. Apparently on the weekends they host a prix frie dinner in which the chef cooks for and chats with a small(ish) group of diners. Seemed interesting. We ordered a bunch of items from the Italian spring rolls, chowder, a special, the meatballs, a burger. All fresh and tasty, the chowder was creamy and delicious, pops normally won't eat NE style but this one got him. Everything was cooked to the right temps steak wise. The drinks where refreshing and thoughtfully made. The only disappointment was the Caesar, the dressing tasted more like a lemon farm dressing the true Caesar, maybe they downplay it to appease the masses? Anyway the only reason that would keep us away in the future is the price. This place aint cheap. Hope you do good at the tables then come for a celebration dinner.
These days it’s hard to find a decent restaurant with good service. The drinks, food and service were impeccable. Everything is super fresh, made that day! We had about 4 different people checking on us throughout dinner. Samantha (our server) was amazing! The martinis were delicious. They were very accommodating for gluten free options too. Can’t wait to go back!

I went there just last week, and it is an absolutely beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere was delightful and homey, with the walls covered in various street and italian art pieces. The food was simply incredible, and the service was very generous! If you're looking for a wonderful night out with family, friends, or a significant other, this is definitely the place!
It is by no means a quick meal but we really enjoyed the chicken parm, chicken marsala, and the strawberry champagne cake! We also enjoyed the Crusher Cabernet wine.
The food was great as always, BUT I want to throw a shout out to our server, "Ray." He was exceptional. Spot on with service. Extremely friendly. He was definitely the type of employee we could all hope to have!!! Thumbs up.
I just love this place. I eat here most of the time when at Mohegan Casino. Great food and the service is great. I like that the manager comes around to see if everything is ok and sometimes chats a little.
A cut above the rest in this area. Knowledgeable, curtious, and fast front of house staff. The chefs execute each dish as if Rembrandt we're painting a masterpiece. The atmosphere is classic with a modern touch. Live filmed food shows in the studio, and private family dining rooms. You can't get anything better within 50 miles.
Now, let me say I came hungry for dinner I did not expect to hear a rib eye special. For those who read my reviews, give me a rib eye over a filet any day (unless your buying me the filet). This was tender, perfectly seasoned to a slightly spicy peppercorn crust with a wine compound butter,(sold before they even told me about the butter). I am not picky, I am not fat, but d@mn I love a good steak and this special knocked it out of the park. 2 others at the table got the same perfectly cooked to their temp (medium for mine). Not a huge chain fan, but worth a quick call to see if they have it on special, I (40s male) and give this meal 2 thumbs up and a Togo container for the dogs. I always support local and if it means our local waiter gets a fat tip I am for it. Be safe out there fellow foodies...

Always great. Sat at the bar. Bartenders very friendly. Food is awesome. Crème brûlée is the best I’ve ever had.
The food and drinks were great! Everything tasted freshly made. The atmosphere was nice and service was quick. The carmel irish coffee was delicious! Overall, I would try here again. I do recommend making a reservation prior.
