The food was amazing! And our waiter Michael was out of this world! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and amazing service!
I’m from Syracuse NY and this was my second time in W-B this year ... had dinner at the Oyster in April and knew that I’d be back again. Excellent atmosphere, great service, and awesome food from start to finish!! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dinner experience!

My husband and I celebrated out first wedding anniversary here last night! One word sums up everything from the food to the service, and that is AMAZING! A special thank you to our sever Michael , who was so good to us and even sang and lit us a sparkler! It was truley a wonderful anniversary dinner �

I’ve been to many of restaurants in my life but this restaurant won my heart by a landslide. Greeted by the lovely Rachel who warmed us up. Michael our host was OUTSTANDING!!!! DO YOU HEAR ME???? When I say Michael went above and beyond his job and really made me and my husband feel like family. I love it!!!! Peter the chef was fabulous very accommodating and the dishes were AMAZING!!! Everyone were super friendly. The restaurant was very classy yet comfortable. Definitely will be returning. The services were phenomenal, the food was magnificent 🤍

Making reservations is easy and you generally need to do this. Take out is available but I would suggest that this is really a place you want to enjoy personally and for very good reason. It is not just for the great food, which it definitely is, outstanding in fact in comparison to the area's other offerings.
This restaurant offers something entirely different in the way of service it provides; ambiance, privacy and above all the feeling that you the customer are their focus. Staff are very focused on making your dining experience special. Michael is a consummate professional and my wife and I cannot thank him enough for his care. This was a special night for our anniversary and Oyster made it perfect. By the way, we have heard this can be a pricey sitting but trust me, it is not. The pricing is right up front, the staff will ask about any additions and tell you what the price will be. For us, the bill was far below our expectation for the experience, you get a lot of bang for your buck.
The food was superb, the service was second to none. The atmosphere was as if my wife and I were in the movie Casablanca. We both had a fantastic night out. Would highly recommend Oysters.
Very warm, welcoming staff. Michael is a wonderful waitperson- funny, attentive, pleasant. Food was excellent and plentiful. Some creativity in dishes such as wasabi encrusted filet mignon. Tuna roll also delicious. This is a long meal - so be prepared to enjoy conversation with your dining mates. We had appetizers and main course - no dessert- we were there for about 2 hours. Interesting setting. Definitely idly recommend.
A delightful gem. I was very impressed with service, food quality, presentation and portion size. Michael knows his stuff. This was our first time there and we will certainly be back. This is not someplace for a burger. Fine dining at it's best.
I'll be honest, we were a little skeptical about grabbing a bite to eat here after realizing it's location was inside of a hotel because we weren't actual hotel guests. But I researched it the night before the trip and had astounding reviews and already had my dinner option picked out so we said "why not, let's just go in and see!" And we were so glad we did! The service was amazing! Our waiter, Michael, was phenomenal! And the food was unbelievable! He definitely made this trip well-worth remembering and will be planning another trip to return here! I highly suggest you check out this lovely establishment if considering a special occasion! If my dinner of just not even two hours impressed me this much I can only imagine what they would/could do for you to celebrate a day to remember! Thank you so much!
Michael is one of the kindest, most professional waiters I have ever met. Oh, and the food is always excellent. Be sure to order room service when you stay in the hotel! It's worth it.
Came here from the hotel, can't say how good it is as a restaurant but the breakfast buffet was pretty nice with a lot of variety and pretty good tasting food.
5 stars for the chefs do a great job. 2 stars for Leslie. Leslie does a good job..

Such a fun place to visit It was part of the hotel we stayed at and Scranton Wilkes-Barre New York.
Michael the bartender, fix me the most delicious summer concoction that was to die for. Fresh peaches and a blender mixed with margarita items. Perfection!
If you haven't found this gem in the college town search it out get away from the interstate and go to downtown Scranton. Accommodations were wonderful. The oyster had great food.
Breakfast was included with the room and had a full buffet of two meats fresh eggs and a sorted bakery items. Plus the typical juice coffee etc.

Service is phenomenal. Michael makes your dining experience wonderful. I had the Ceasar salad and the meatball appetizer last night and it was great. I had the New York strip tonight and it wasn't all that good....very bland.
