I had some friends come in from out of town and We had dinner there last night at 630 pm. It was a group of 5. I called up on the call ahead list and checked in.. although there was a small wait even with call ahead seating.. it was worth the wait! Our waitress Arta was wonderful! She made sure our experience was worth it! She always would check on us and joke around with us too! The food was amazing! My steak was cooked to perfection! Melt in your mouth! The drinks were amazing too! Definitely would recommend this place and come again soon!
This was my first time to a Texas Roadhouse and I was extremely impressed. The prices are so reasonable. Drinks were refreshing. Food was delicious. The best part of the experience was our waitress Maria. She was knowledgeable about the menu and attentive to our needs. Really personable. Much to our shock and surprise it was only her third day after training. If you can, request Maria as your server. You wonโt be disappointed. Without a doubt she is the reason I will be coming back to eat at a Texas Roadhouse in the future.
Went there last night for the first time. Food was excellent, staff was amazing. Aj was our server, she was Excellent! We will be requesting her as our server when we come back. We will Definitely be back. It was my wife's birthday and they a little birthday recognition for her and about 5 or 6 others. Very cool. Just a great place all around
Awesome service, appetizers, food & drinks. Kali was our server and is an asset to the Texas Roadhouse staff. Putting the W-B location on our list of regular dining establishments.
We had a group of 10 on Sunday April 22nd there at 4:00 to celebrate my husband's 66th birthday. We were seated as soon as the last of our group arrived. We created a little hassle with special requests, which were all taken care of with pleasure. Our waitress, Katie Lynn, went above and beyond to make our celebration the best. The food was Awesome, and so was Katie's service!!! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and co-workers. When I go back I will ask for Katie again!!
Love this place!! Love their respect for our Vetrans!! Kali was our server and she took such good care of my family including my 82 yr old retired USN E9 Master Chief
Nice new place. Easy , convenient location . Good food , upbeat staff and sports bar type interior. Recommend going early or call ahead. Popular place.
I took a star off because my steak was blue, rather than rare. Mind you, to ME, that's ok. But when thinking about others asking for a specific cook temp, they definitely should get what they ask for. The service was amazing from both the training server & the trainee. The atmosphere is always great at the roadhouse. The food, overall, was delicious. I NEVER regret stopping by!
Had a sirloin steak that was seasoned and cooked to perfection. It melted in your mouth. Dinner rolls were delish and were served warm with a cinnamon butter. The waitress (Katlin)was quick and efficient . We joked around with her and had a good time. Her personality was great , it was late at the end of her shift but you'd never know it. I was a waitress at one time , I know after a busy night at the end of the shift near a holiday how you had enough and just want to go home. It was a enjoyable dinner all around. Thank you
The food was delicious and the service was just great ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ and I will be back
I asked for mid-rare and that's what I got. I have been to this location three times and most of the time the beef is tender and juicy. I absolutely love the potato wedges. Always cook to perfection. The frozen margaritas are great. Not too sweet with the right amount of booze. perfect with your steak and fries. One of the best things at this restaurant has to be the warm bread they bring before your meal arrives. The bread tastes fresh like it was recently baked. All you have to do is add some of the cinnamon butter that they also bring you and it's just fantastic. This restaurant is always clean, and the staff is super friendly.
Had an amazing experience at this Texas Roadhouse. We had driven for 6 hrs video game Hunting. And my wife and grandson where super hungry. So thought we'd stop by this location. When we got there the parking lot was full and there was a huge line. So we went in and put our names down . They told us it would be a 30 minute wait . But we didn't believe it since they where so busy. 15 minutes later we were sitting down ordering our food. The waiter was super nice and very helpful. We ordered appetizers thinking it would take time for our dinner to come out and surprisingly it came out 5 minutes after our appetizers. Which was great. The food was amazing .. Well cooked and very filling. I'd highly recommend coming to this Texas Roadhouse.
EXCELLENT!! This is the first time going to any Texas Roadhouse and we will be back. Food was excellent (the fresh made rolls are unbelievably good!!) and reasonably priced! 4 adults, no alcohol but 2 apps, 2 sodas and 4 entrees for $94. Compared prices to other steakhouse chains and the full rack was $10 more at one place.
All our meals were large sized and very flavorful and tender. We all took home to go boxes. I've heard about serving peanuts, but I believe that is a thing of the past.
First I want to say the wait was between 15 to 20 minutes which for being on a Saturday evening around 6pm with a packed dining room. They had everything moving in a swift motion. They anticipated the wait and had a plan to take care of it. Now our server was named Sage who deserves a raise or a bonus. She greeted us in a welcoming professional manner, she was very fluent with tonight's menu items and also didn't miss a beat explaining to us what items were no longer available and also showed us how to use the device on how to pay our bill. Once we placed our order she checked in with us to make sure our meals were to our standards. My GF ordered the 8oz sirloin medium well with a salad and a baked potato. She enjoyed her steak, cooked to her preference, she also had a salad. I had the 8oz NY Strip strip medium rare with the mushrooms and onions along with my two sides being the loaded baked potato and buttered corn. My steak literally melted in my mouth, very tender, my potato had the butter, bacon bits, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Super delicious, I also had the cup of chili which I don't think it's that spicy, I love spice. Too full for dessert maybe next time. Definitely recommend and will be back. Great job to the management and staff! Oh also I have to say the homemade dinner rolls along with your homemade cinnamon butter was the absolute bomb! One request is to start selling that butter for takeout.
The wait was kinda long but it was worth it. I enjoy the rice pilaf. But the steaks and ribs are great. I mean price to quality of food it's decently matched. They need to be more accurate on their wait times. The staff said approximately 20 minutes we waited almost 45. Please give more then 1 cinnamon butter with the rolls. One scoop is definitly not enough for the 4 delicious rolls you get. All in all its a great place.
We were three people for a nice evening out, we all enjoyed the food and the price was also very reasonable. I had the rib steak and baked potato with salad, the other two had the steak and shrimp combo. The only complaint we have is that the steak was a little over cooked to our liking.
Our visit to the Wilkes-Barre Texas Roadhouse was once again delightful, with Christina as our outstanding waitress for the third time. The perfectly cooked steak, paired with excellent service, made for a memorable dining experience. The inviting atmosphere added the perfect touch to our evening. Many thanks to the exceptional staff for consistently creating such a wonderful dining environment.
Steaks are somewhat mediocre. Seasoned to kind of hide that. But it really is fine if you accept it for fast food. Good sides. We usually sit at the bar and have great service. The rolls are like crack๐คฃ So darn good. I could go just for those stupid rolls!
Texas Roadhouse offered a pleasant dining experience. Although crowded, our party didn't feel shoehorned or claustrophobic.
Our server, Ashley, was friendly, courteous, and professional. The wait for our food -- although a bit long -- was certainly appropriate considering the number of patrons.
The bowl of chili was hearty and flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. The country fried steak -- although well prepared, was very salty, as was the grilled shrimp. The baked potato was delicious and baked to perfection.
The half-rack of ribs were very good, and the meat fell right off the bone, just as described on the menu. The barbecue chicken was tasty, although a bit dry, and the baked sweet potato was prepared flawlessly.
Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant just needs to cut back on the sodium a bit.
Visited this after a year again. The food was great, and the service as well.
Wife and I were in the area and called ahead to be put on the waiting list, when we arrived 20 minutes later we were almost immediately seated. The service was great and the food was very good. I had the 12 oz ribeye cooked med rare, spot on cooking, perfect. Mashed potatoes were fresh and home style. Also good. My wife ordered the portobello chicken and was very happy with it. We even bought some gift cards to share with family!
Well done as always Texas Roadhouse...
Edit: we visited this again today for an early dinner. Again, as always it was amazing. We were seated very quickly for a table for 2.
Our servers (1 regular and a trainee) were very friendly and helpful.
This trip we ordered a 20oz ribeye, med rare with house salad and broccoli, a portobello mushroom chicken with loaded baked potato and corn. The steak was spot-on cooked. (As a matter of fact, I've been to several Texas Road Houses and I've never had a steak not properly cooked to my liking)
We also had a wonderful strawberry cheesecake to go.
We had a wonderful time again. Thanks TRH!
