Wasn't greeted when I walked in the door Waited about 5 minutes before they even acknowledged me. They were too busy taking care of people in the drive-thru. I do understand they are very busy in the morning. When there are customers that walk in the door they should be be greeted. There should be
10-29-23. Clean building and restrooms. Friendly staff. Hot cocoa was way off no flavor and lukewarm had to order coffee which was good.

These guys are great. They have a good staff right now, which is so important. My lattes are usually made very well. The frozen coffees are really good. My fave food is the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant.

Today we went to this Dunkin. We ordered 7 peach lemonades for the employees at Valvoline. Well the young man that took our order was fantastic. He told us he was a new employee. He did a wonderful job. The speed of service was great also. Great job!!!
Iāve always loved coming to the Scott st location because of the customer service. Today, I was reassured of that. I had a rough start to my morning already, and Kristen made it 10x better. Fast service even with a long line. They were all friendly and made the experience enjoyable even just through the drive thru. I liked the new explorer batch and would recommend trying the limited time coffee when they are released.
