Very good food. For being fast food it doesn't seem like it. It'd a different experience than Burger King or McDonald's. I love that you order yourself on the screen and the order is done fast. Employees were also friendly and helpful. I'd go back again.
This has to be the best of the BEST Hardee's I've ever been to. The workers were easy to talk to and weren't afraid to strike up a conversation. Our food was hot and deliciously prepared and brought to our table with a smile within minutes! Theres plenty of parking and all around a clean. environment inside and out! Worth every cent and worth your time for a delicious bite to eat!
Great new spot to eat. Service was good and the ability to order using a kiosk is great, especially when it's busy or if you want to customize your order.
Received my food pretty quickly and the restaurant itself was very clean. Surprisingly quick service during a busy lunch hour as well. Highly recommended if you're interested in trying Hardee's.
The food was very good..small portions though..price was decent. I was able to get a meal for $5 ..thats almost unheard of anymore. Quick service too. Friendly staff also. I actually walked out and left my purse there and didn't realize it until I was 25 minutes away..I called them and they had already seen that I left my purse and immediately took it to the office and held it there safely for me. Job well done guys.thanl you.. that could've been a nightmare. Will definitely go back.
The Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuits are second to none! The dining area and the Mens washroom were both SPOTLESS. The employees there are always cheery and quick with my order. The order is always right, and my bacon is done crispy, just like I request.
employees were all very friendly. order was taken quickly and our food was prepared quickly. fries were right out of the fryer, nice and hot just how i like em!
Best breakfast biscuit sandwich from a fast food after regular breakfast hours . Still fresh fluffy and delish . Cheerful staff and fast service . Great price . Have always had good experiences with Hardee`s
Very clean location. Doesn't even smell like a fast food place! People were constantly out on the floor tidying up. We ordered our food and it was very quick to be delivered to our table!
Best fast food around. It's not healthy, but it's good. Burgers are thick and juicy, almost as good as 5 guys without the wait and the breakfast biscuits are about the best you can get anywhere.

Very fast, professional, clean, and Very Delicious! We don't make it out to Hardee's very often at all, but I am glad that their food tastes as great as it always has!
Never had a bad experience at the Wilkes Barre Hardees. Food always delicious. BUT today, while I was there, the cashier, the drive thru clerk, and an off duty employee were talking. This REALLY RUDE lady (said her name was Sandy) walks in, (with like a 6 year old child), PULLS the off duty employee out of the walkway, and tells her to stay out of the walkway, so she could walk through to the back of the restaurant PAST THE HOT DEEP FRYERS, WITH THIS 6 YEAR OLD CHILD!!!! If she is important enough, as she thinks she is, and wants to preach rules, #1. DONT do it in front of customers, and #2. Follow them yourself!!!!! Before the child gets burned!!!! I for one WOULD NOT wanna work at this establishment, as long as this "Sandy" is in charge of running things. As for the workers, they were very friendly, food came out fast, and was delicious!!!
It was pretty good, chicken strips were very tasty and juicy french fries were very hot and salty. Mushroom burger looked greasy but it wasn't, it was good.
