Great restaurant! Love the chicken fingers and zalads! They also have excellent sides and sauces. Hot wings are great too. Employees are always polite and for a gourmet fast food place they're really fast. It's also always very clean inside and the amount of seating is perfect. They also have great sweet tea. I do wish they would bring back their milkshakes though, my family really liked their birthday cake shake.

This was my first visit to this location, as I normally don’t travel to this area for work. I am very glad, I had the opportunity to eat at this location. The employee that brought my order out was very wonderful. I have a small issue with this location. I tried to hand the employee a tip, she backed up said, “I apologize, but we can not take tips!” I am sure she could see the shock on my face. I have tipped everyone that brings my food to my car while traveling for work. I have never been told the employer doesn’t allow it. Trust me, I understand where Zaxby’s is coming from with everything being about tipping now days. I just think, if the customer feels inclined to give an employee a tip for wonderful, friendly service they should be able to without the employee fearing they would be terminated if they took it. It’s very difficult for businesses to find even half way decent employees right now. I think, these magnificent employees that stand out to customers should be tipped if the customer chooses to do so. I have tipped for terrible service more times than I can count. I would’ve been thrilled had she took the tip. Please allow customers to help your employees out if they deserve it.
The food was Zaxby's good, But it wasn't hot. The drink machine was out of ice. The girl on the counter was very helpful and friendly. She was the highlight of my visit.
Chicken is not bad! Pretty consistent food but nothing too impressive. Zaxby’s sauce is kind of disappointing but overall I think that 4 stars is accurate.
Love the Cobb salad ith grilled chicken and my husband loves the chicken tenders.
What a delightful experience. First time ordering the Signature Sandwich, and I was completely blown away by how HUGE and DELICIOUS it was. Better than advertised. Perfectly cooked and seasoned with the spicy sauce, probably the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had from anywhere, at any price point, period.
Drive through staff was super nice and friendly, too. We'll be back next time we go to visit our kids at App State for sure.
Drive thru was very quick and the food was hot and fresh. Easy entry and exit at a stop light. Staff was friendly.

My wife and I both had to try the Asian Zensation Salad, it was great. The restaurant was clean, the service excellent and the restroom facilities were very clean. The price was very reasonable.

This was my first visit ever and wow do they cook chicken right! It was credit outside but inside was juicy. Perfectly cooked. Clean restaurant. Parking plentiful. Staff nice. Side dishes are tasty. Soda machine with lots of choices. Prices reasonable.
I've ate here a handful of times over the past few months and keep returning because the food is great. I always get the Wings and Things with barbeque sauce and enjoy the hot buttered toast, seasoned fries, and delicious hot chicken. However, sometimes the fries taste a bit old.
