We are visiting Williamsburg for the week, we stumbled upon Honey Butter's after i googled places to eat. After reading some great reviews we decided to try it out. We arrived around 2pm and they were pretty packed. We were a party of 5 and we were told it would be a 10 min wait. The hostess called us in that time frame and we were seated. The atmosphere reminded me of a diner but it did have a bar as well. Our waiter came by and took our drink order immediately. My youngest son ordered a pancake, turkey sausage and an egg. He was so excited when his food came. His pancake was huge! He loved it. My middle son got the chicken caeser wrap with tater tots. The wrap was big as well and the tater tots were nice and crunchy. My oldest son got a cheeseburger with a side of mac and cheese. His portions were big as well and he cleaned his plate. My husband got an omelette with onion, tomato, green pepper and feta. To his surprise the ingredients were not cooked in with the omelette, the eggs were made and the vegetables were placed raw inside the egg like burrito style. I have never seen an omelette made like that. He did say he enjoyed it because it tasted fresh. I ordered a sourdough sandwich with turkey, mozza cheese, basil and tomato. It was delicious! Me and my husband also tried the fried garlic potatoes. We were not disappointed! They were so good. They were like roasted potato style but they are fried and tossed in garlic powder. Overall the portions were huge, service was great and they sell beer! We were very happy to find Honey Butter's.

My family and some friends ate there on Sat. before The College of William & Mary graduation. They were busy and we had a party of 7, had to wait a little bit for a table. It was so worth the wait. The food was excellent and so was the service!!! A great place to eat and the prices were reasonable for all of the food you get.

This place was a real treat. Everyone was so friendly and the food was AMAZING (not one person from our party of 11 had anything bad to say about anything). I highly recommend it and we can't wait to go back!

Catfish for breakfast, what more can be said. The taste and value are one of the best between Richmond and Williamsburg. Worth the trip for me.

Wide range of Southern comfort food from country fried steak to corned beef hash. I typically get the sampler which is truly a mountain of a meal. Home fries, country ham, caramelized apples and cornbread are all fantastic. French toast is also another standout. Compared to a more typical pancake house I would say the prices are a little higher, but I do think it is worth it considering the quality of the food. If you're from the North visiting it's worth it to try out Honey Butter's for some killer Southern breakfast.

Good breakfast. Waitress provided good service and was friendly. The food was good. My family had the shrimp and grits, the Big breakfast, and 2 big pancake breakfasts. The food was ok and was filling. I think I am a more of a First Watch kind of a gal. The food didn’t agree with three people in our family’s stomachs. The place was clean and they practiced good COVID precautions.

My cousin and I were walking by and decided to try this place out. We were not disappointed. The Pineapple Mimosas were mixed perfectly and we got so much food for the price! The customer service was great and our food tasted even better. We will definitely be stopping by again!

Food was great and our server Amber was awesome. The staff were all super friendly and three additional people other than our server came to our table to grab drink refills and take away dirty plates. Overall the food didn’t take too long, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly. Highly recommend.
