My family enjoys the New York Deli in Williamsburg so much, it was where we came on Mother's Day! So worth the drive from Prince George County. The food is great! We recommend it to everyone who will listen!
It was the best! It was packed to the max but we were lucky enough to find a place to sit and enjoy our food. I had the beat gyro of my life and my husband had a warm italian which was also amazing. Its been on my mind all day. The baby in my belly has been going crazy ever since we ate here. My daughter enjoyed her chicken tenders too.

Did I mention the pizza? πYUM! Visited for dessert and WOW!! The Carrot π₯ Cake π was to die for!! π My wife and I split 1 piece and almost didn't finish it!! π€£π My son had a piece of Chocolate Tower Cake and he had to get a 'Doggie Bag' ?!?! The coffee βοΈ was good, also.
I'm from CT where rarely people visit fast food chains pizza places, so it was a breath of fresh air to actually visit a genuine NY style pizza restaurant. Their pizza does not disappoint and I can truly say if you're out of towners or just want to get the NY pizza experience along with some genuine Stromboli, visit NEW YORK DELI, you'll be extremely satisfied!!
I have to admit that I was skeptical of the food. I'm from NYC, and I grew up on New York pizza, so I had to see what this place was about.
The Italian sub that I ordered was very good. Now, to some, a sub is a sub, but there's something about the bread and the quality of the meat and other ingredients that sets subs apart. That was the case here. One of my sons ordered pizza. THIS was the real test for me.
