Saturday evening and they decide to have the dine-in closed. I don't want to eat my burger over my lap I want to go inside and eat it. Terrible mismangement here I can't recommend.
Order was almost totally wrong and missing stuff. Couldn't take back because we were in middle of softball tournament and only chance to eat. Called later that day but was already home (40 miles). I just wanted to get reimbursed for the difference and what I didn't get ~$5 even if it was a gift card
I normally like Wendy's but this Wendy's was very disappointing! The guy at the drive thru window was extremely unprofessional (even with the manager standing right next to him). The fries tasted like they had been out for hours. Were cold and just disgusting tbh. And after experiencing the service
I had to wait for my food and when it finally came out the fries were not fresh. I asked for fresh fries and had to wait a while again to get the same fries I handed over with a few fresh ones sprinkled on top. Service at this location is horrible.
Our Double stack was delish, bathrooms were clean but there was no ice & the floor needed sweeping.. nothing seems to be working..
Store was opened on a Friday at 7:15pm but apparently they were not able to take orders. Basically a bunch of kids working here with unethical management. Taco Bell across the street was satisfying!!!!
