Stopped by this Arby's location on Sun, Jan 23, '22, after a couple attempts in the previous days only to find them closed, to give the Diablo Brisket Sandwich a try. It appears that this restaurant is being slammed with staffing issues, and even though it was open on this date, the lobby was close
The food is prepared well and the customer service is ok. They cut the lights off early in the restaurant so sometimes it looks like the store is closed
Great food and friendly staff. The order came out quick and fast. This location is however in need of a much needed makeover. There is only one old register to take orders.
Inside is closed. It appeared maybe on one employee working. If so she rocked it. Food was timely and good. Still don't know why people don't want to work.
I just purchased a #7 buffalo chicken crispy sandwich and the sandwich was raw. I returned sandwich to manager on duty Alex who gave me a refund. Just a warning to check your food at this location especially ordering for children.
Of all the locations I've been, this is my favorite. Favorite is a serious word for me, I'm not just throwing it around. First, go inside. It looks dated and might be considered "ambiance", but the other word for that is charming. Slow down, enjoy your meal. The people are polite and wonderful, an
