Food was good. Service was good. Serving sizes were way off. Large coleslaw, and a large mashed potatoes was less then half full. Would have been a good dinner if everyone got to eat. Called and told them.. Im guessing this happens alot. If it happens to you call and tell them!

Well, we almost didn't come to this KFC because of the negative reviews but we decided to give it a try. The young man at the front register was very friendly and helpful. Very clean with excellent service. The gentleman that took our order gave some great recommendations. The Nashville Hot strips were very good.

Several of my friends and myself all have to go to the store in the next town. Some of them received raw Chicken, and the last 3 times I ordered from KFC it came out dry and way over cooked. And very hard.

The door clearly states that the lobby is open till 10:00 twice I've walked across the street to find the doors locked. Williamsburg !! And it clearly says on line lobby open till 10 b what's the use of posting. Open times if your not gonna follow your own rules. Ps I don't have a car which is

Crowded and long line when I visited. Menu prices way up. One staff member made it a good experience for me. You should give him a raise.

The food was cold! Inside the dining room was cold enough to kill of hog! It was seriously extremely uncomfortable cold in dining room. We love KFC! It's our favorite fast food restaurant but this one is NOT good. Last time we eat here when passing thru.
