Love the food but customer service sucks! I called ahead for 6:30. Got to the restaurant at 6:30 and was told 20 mins. No big deal, so we waited. Almost 7:30 and still not seated. This is not the first time this has happened. Will be looking for a new seafood place to eat at.
Excellent food. The steak was cooked better than a steak house, with fresh hot biscuits and lobster tails. Lots of menu options for mix and match of foods too!
I was really bummed out to find that Red Lobster stopped carrying Italian and balsamic vinaigrette dressings! This sounds minute but sometimes I just crave a salad away from home. So disappointing today. Italian and vinegarette dressings are very popular. Very bad change.
