Went to Chili’s last night in Niagara falls and had a great experience! There was nine of us and our waitress was Jenna and she was terrific! Didn’t wait for a thing,she was on her game that’s for sure! She was so pleasant and sweet. Being in the restaurant business I appreciate great service and a friendly server and she nailed it! The hostess Madison was super friendly and very accommodating also.
Food was delicious! Our server Samantha was very friendly.
This was our first time at Chile's. Service was good, food was good, atmosphere was good. They only complaint I had was my food was at best warm(mashed potatoes and broccoli) I was going to get it microwaved but our server was quite busy.
