Went with my 9 and 13 year old kids. My 9 years old love going here because she can play games on the tablets. 13 years old love it for the food. We were seated promptly and our requests to change table was complied with with no issues. Didn't like the first table because my back was to the door. Got the 10" pizza and bone in wings with island heat sauce for appetizers. Both was delicious, the kids ate all the pizza but didn't like the wings so I had that all to myself. Love it, it came with jalapeño peppers and pineapple and some kind of sweet sauce. For our entre we had Cluck a doodle (chicken fingers) with sweet potato fries, crispy chicken sandwich, and scorpion gourmet burger. We all enjoyed our selection and the wait time for everything was good. Got there at 7:15 and was out by 8:30. This is not our first time here and it won't be the last either.
Surprisingly, tasty and great service. It was my first time in this chain, and the server was great about making recommendations, and they brought out complimentary fries with 2 dipping sauces as a welcome. My BBQ burger was delicious and juicy, and I chose a side salad that was excellent (and pretty traditional). Sides are apparently bottomless refills here, BTW, but they include broccoli, which I found interesting. The music in the bar was a bit loud but I think that's my age showing. I'm glad I tried it, and I will probably be back. I can see how they differ from other chains.

The food was hot and fresh, the server, Brandon was polite and very nice. The manager even made a special peach margarita that wasn't on the menu. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the appetizer was out and hot within 5 minutes. The restaurant was fairly busy. Brandon was serving 6 tables and it looked like everyone got their food hot and quickly. It was the best restaurant experience we've had in a very long time. A couple years ago we took the whole family and got a really nasty burger, the manager nagged and pestered me for 10 minutes about not wanting anything else. She literally leaned down in my face while my family and I were trying to relax and nagged me about not wanting anything else. We contacted corporate who basically said since they didn't charge us for the burger the matter was resolved. We got the message and didn't go back. My youngest wanted to try again today so I gave it a shot. The staff and management now are a professional team. I witnessed the manager coaching his team he was on top of the guests needs and the staff was very friendly and hard working.
We had a wonderful lunch experience and had the outdoor patio all to ourselves. The hostess even helped us move on umbrella for our table.
We had the best server we've had at a restaurant in quite a while. J4RED made us feel so welcome and comfortable we asked to speak with the manager, Tiffany, who was also very friendly and engaging. Excellent food and service. That's what restaurants are all about, not the hokey pokey.
My nephew & I stopped there after leaving Cleveland Clinic. First time ever to eat a Red Robbin’s. We got seated quickly, ordered burgers for lunch. The manager came over & greeted us with a small basket of steak fries & 2 of their amazing sauces!! Food came out in no time & was delicious!! The staff were very friendly & I would definitely eat there again!! Thank you so much for great food & for the hospitality that your staff had!!
Jared is a top-notch server!!! He provided excellent service and friendly engagement. We ate outside on the patio. We had a tremendous visit. Enjoyed talking with store manager, Tiffany, as well. The food is always delicious.
My sister, daughter and I dined here last Thursday evening. I was impressed with the service! No wait line at the hostess station.Server immediately approached me and my daughter at the table.My sister was already present and was waiting for our arrival.
Server immediately recommended her favorite burger( which was enough for 2 to share! ).Accompanied by the bottomless fries and a second side of salad,the meal was very accommodating! Daughter opted for the kid portion of pepperoni pizza.No complaints here! Many options to choose from.There are things you can add on and /or leave off.I was satisfied with what was presented to us at the table.
With that being said,the five stars I have given were well deserved! I will definitely be returning! Keep up the good work, Red Robin ! Thank you!
I tried the new burnt ends on fries with the bbq and ranch sauce. The flavor was good. Unfortunately, my burnt ends were like jerky. I think they deep-fried the burnt ends instead of putting them in a broiler. That was just mine. The waiter said everyone was raving about them. So maybe I will try again. Our burgers are always super delicious. So one poor meal doesn't ruin it for us.
I have always been a fan of Red Robin. I particularly enjoy bottomless fries. I was so happy to learn that Red Robin also now serves Donato's Pizza... especially since Donato's went out of business here in Northeast Ohio. Although bottomless fries are included with burgers they can be added to a Pizza. I was particularly impressed with the service on our last visit. Sofie brought out our food and fry refills promptly and is a good server.
Always happy to eat here. Sometimes it can be very crowded, but is not too bad if you go at the right time. Food is consistent and service is usually pretty good. Can pay at the kiosk at the table so you do not have to wait for you check to come back before leaving.
