They were very short staffed, but they maintained service very well. I was impressed how they all worked together with each other. This was my first time at this location. I will definitely go again !!
I would not typically go to Applebee's. But the 2023 all you can eat promotion got my attention. The promotion is all you can eat boneless wings, riblets, and shrimp. The biggest surprise was the shrimp. The shrimp were bigger than I expected. The boneless wings were also very good. The service was stand out. There was always hot fresh food in front of us.
Listen, I hate all Applebee's because the service is generally below low. But my friend really wanted 1/2 price appetizers, so we went. We had the best waitress. Her name was Sherill (I think). It was her 1st day and I hope she never changes. She was extremely attentive, polite, ready and willing to help and make your experience with Applebee's a good 1. Kudos to her. My food was good. My sangria was good. For the 1st time ever, I've enjoyed Applebee's.
One of the better Applebees, with awesome friendly staff, great atmosphere and their usual amazing dishes. Great for a lunch or dinner out with friends or family, with meal options averaging $15 per person for solid portions. Great casual stop if you want to eat out on weekends. Their bar is usually pretty good ad well.
My friend and I sat at the bar. The bartender was very nice, but the restaurant in general seemed understaffed, so be patient. When the food came out, it was great, so I didn’t mind waiting.
Happy Hour - 9pm to close was great. 1/2 appetizers special is always awesome.
Pictured below were the boneless wings in honey bbq sauce (reg $11.99) and the chicken quesadillas (reg $9.99).

Kids meals were $6.49 and wording on the kids menu leads you to believe the kids drink would be included but it is not. No worries because there are free refills. Just be aware the drink itself is separate from the meal. The meal includes 1 entree like pizza, chicken corn dog, tenders or kraft mac n cheese. One side included (things like applesauce, yogurt, fries, broccoli etc.).
Bathroom could have been cleaner. Restaurant seemed very short staffed but everyone was friendly and the food came out hot and accurate.

Brittney the General Manager is absolutely amazing!! She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure that everything runs smoothly, and that the customers are happy and taken care of. In my opinion, they couldn't have picked anyone better for the job! She is exceptional!!!
Our Server (Ruben) was attentive although he was the only front staff working doing our visit. His pleasant demeanor was refreshing.
The food was awesome as usual...I didn't feel my waitress was as attentive as she should have been...
Very friendly staff made me feel welcome just be aware might not be the best place for someone on a sodium restricted diet but this is true of a lot of places but there are options I would gladly eat there again

Went to Applebee's for late dinner around 12.30am (open till 2am). Opted for 2 for $20. $20 gets you 2 salad and 2 entrees. That was an awesome deal. It is not just this location but Applebee's wide. House salad with Italian dressing was fresh and tasty. My wife's Caesar salad was served with right amount of dressing and parmagian. My entree was Grilled Shrimps with Chicken (Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimps) that is our of this world. Well seasoned Shrimps cooked so perfectly to right texture and Chicken was so moist that melts in your mouth. Wife's pasta / slightly spicy sauce (Cavatappi) with Firecracker Shrimps (breaded) was delicious. Kudos to Chef. Best of all their friendly staff. Our server David was very friendly. He made us feel very welcome and suggested our food and wine. His recommendation of wine (14 hands) was just perfect for a nice meal. General Manager Mike O'Malley walks around the restaurant to talk to diners. Altogether it was a nice experience. We will certainty go back even if it's out of our way.
