Review 7-eleven - Willow Springs

Whoever is working there now, needs to put in their 2 weeks. She is extremely rude. She exact cashed my items because she was so focused on her phone. Then she caught an attitude because I wasn’t willing to stay while she processed the refund because I had to get to work and she already took long enough. She still went and processing the refund even after I told her no and wouldn’t give me my items until she finished. When she finally finished after making me late for work, she says .” Ok go” with the nastiest attitude ever.

So it looks like they deleted my previous post. I was treated very very poorly by the Indian older guy who works at the location on Archer Avenue Willow Spring I reported him to the corporate office and the district manager was suppose to call never did. Not only did I not get the call they remove my review detailing the entire incident in which I will be putting back up again.

Excellent pit stop to fill up water bottles, get a snack, and use a clean bathroom before starting on I&M canal bike path if you road biked from Chicago. The cashier is very nice.

Put a $100.00 authorization hold on a credit card for less than $10.00 in gas. Still has not been removed. Gas pumps are so old that the screen could barely be read and couldn’t get a receipt.

Store seems clean, staff is friendly, shelves are well stocked — but the restroom is a disaster. Needs a deep clean or makeover.

They put a hold of 100$ on my credit for 5$ worth of gas. Something isn't right here..

The morning shift Indian cashier is rude...could somebody call Immigration to deport this disgusting Indian cashier...I know he is a foreign...
