The staff is always incredibly kind here and the food is delicious. I want to especially recognize Michael the manager who went out of his way to help me out. Thank you Michael and all the Panera staff!
Picked up three different sandwiches for lunch with my sister and bil. Sandwiches are large enough to share and let everyone choose. Used the app to order, confirmation text, ready text, never heard my name called, had to ask for the order after waiting at the counter. The food was excellent.
Their sandwich bread for purchase is an odd shape. But I love their black pepper focaccia.
I was satisfied with the You Pick 2.

It's been a while since I've eaten at Panera. The menu changed and I had no clue what to order. Eric was so helpful and was patient with me as i asked 100 questions about different food options. The place is clean and quiet. Thanks again, Eric!!

Good panera bread. Food items are fresh and good. Could use more help in cleaning tables after use and washroom could be cleaner.
Initially, I placed an order on the panera app and the food was never delivered nor did the driver picked Ed up their phone when called . We came to Panera to see what’s going on and the manager was super nice and helpful and told us to contact DoorDash for a refund . Super glad she was there to help us out !
Great experience. Had a young lady with glasses help me with my order and was very patient with me. Very sad that she was working twice as hard as her co workers but hopefully she's getting payed for it. Highly recommend this pb especially with friendly workers like that :)
Asked to turn down the music and they honored my request. Very patient and have cool personalities. Could focus on my school assignments here and they are open until 10pm. Very nice outside seating area. Would recommend this Panera bread for getting business related work done during the summer as they keep the outside clean and I was impressed considering how it just stormed not long before
Food is good and fresh, bathrooms smell horrible. Air fresheners make a huge difference
New Green Goddess Caprese sandwich was very good, just a bit much on the arugula! Wife enjoyed her Salad. Again, food was good, as it should be, when paying $30+ for a sandwich, salad and 1 drink!
