This is the first in a long time. That I had a great experience at this Wendy’s. It was moving a lil slow that’s why i gave it 4 stars. Other then that the workers were great. the food was right hot and good. The girl at the window today customer service was definitely A1.
The order was right but the wait was terrible. The cashier was talking to the car ahead a good 10 minutes after handing them their food. Not what you want to deal with after working 12 hours.
They always get my special orders correct (i.e. no ice in my drink, or asking for a sandwich to be made plain with nothing on it.) Drive thru moves pretty quickly even during busy hours.
Had to wait a little while for my food but the young lady at the window name alleyia was very professional to be a younger lady. She apologize for the wait which I really appreciate because people now days don't do that ...so 🤌🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 a thank you from me to her please let her now keep up the good work from the lady with the purple furry stearing wheel 🤗 ..
Had a pleasant experience dining in. We came in to use the app and usually they do not look completely and put cheese on. They made our sandwiches right and everything was good. The dining room was clean and it was employees on their break. They were not disruptive. Since we ordered online the person at the front was nice and genuine. He even told us to have a great day. 👍 I really appreciate these experiences where everything is nice. Great job!
Drive through line is sometimes slow but the customer service and always getting my oder correct, makes it worth it!
Same old decent food. Be cautious when buying on the app. We did get a refund a week later, but if the food you paid for on the app isn't available, the evening drive through staff is unable to refund you. The app itself doesn't reply to customer service, and the apps customer service line didn't get me a representative for over 25 minutes on hold. I kept my composure, and the manager gladly refunded me for the 7 or so dollars in drinks that we did not receive.

Eventide I go thru drive thru which is about 5-7 a month at least 3 of my meals is missing something.
Good food but took a half hour to get through the drive thru. Something to remember if you are in somewhat of a hurry.
My food was hot! Good and fast service.
It's always easy to stop here for a quick bite to eat. The service is fast and friendly.
I went on a evening (of course it was busy). Thank goodness the dining room was opened! The woman who waited on me was kind and patient and looked like she had things under control. Keep up the great work guys!
