Sam, our server assured us we would love her Long Island Ice Teas. We wanted top shelf. She did not disappoint! My friend and I had the calamari and deviled egg appetizers. Very Good! My friend had the brunch burger, it came loaded, onion rings, eggs and all! I had the shrimp and grits. Nice portion, great taste and texture. This place is nice! The decor is like upscale non stuckup. Nice staff, great teamwork. We will return. This is a big plus for Wilmington and native New Yorkers, who call Wilmington home!
Oh my gosh this was delicious! Soundside Seafood is where Boca Bay used to be for many years and we came in for brunch on Memorial Day weekend. We started off with bloody Mary and Mimosa and oysters Rockefeller! They are semi-local farm raised and phenomenal! I had the seafood crepes and she had steak and eggs. Mine was definitely the favorite but we shared half and half and both choices were excellent! They also brought us biscuits and homemade jam and butter and a fruit bowl. I'm comfortably full and extremely satisfied... We can't wait to come back for more!! Renee was an excellent server and took great care of us. The outdoor patio was perfect for brunch and nice shading from the summer sun!
Our group had the biscuit dish with a side of grilled shrimp, the egg scramble dish, salad and oysters. Oysters were great, the biscuits were soft, the egg dish was beautiful and light, and the shrimp were grilled well. 4 stars because of service. Salad arrived without dressing, and nothing extraordinary but getting the food to the table. There were only a handful of people at the restaurant being served, but we were rushed out with the check and my plate was attempted to be taken away before I was finished.
Delicious! A very nice dining experience with tasty drinks and fun dishes! The gumbo is fantastic and the fries are really great too.
Fresh seafood and creative flavors. Super executive chef making excellent tasting food. Waitress was attentive, friendly and knows the menu. Go, eat, enjoy.

Outdoor, private alcoves, beautiful woodwork and the music was great.
I never met the manager and like her/him already because they care about the attention to details from the food to the front door mats bending clean.
5 stars for Grace who was was our waitress last night for Valentine’s Day.
3-4 stars for the food She was super attentive and always kept our glasses filled. The oyster Rockefeller was mediocre. The surf & turf was good, they had a special valentines dinner menu also and I had the lobster bisque soup which was great and the lobster ravioli which wasn’t that great but that’s okay, just my opinion. The atmosphere was super cute. Their desserts were delicious and put into shot glasses, loved the key lime pie, my husband had their carrot cake!
Sat at the bar…Lisa was great! Food was excellent …lobster Mac and Cheese is definitely a sharing dish! Scallops were perfectly seared…very glad this restaurant has finally re-opened!
Love Boca Bay. Great seafood with many fabulous choices including pastas and beef. Im currently looking forward to crab dip and a great wedge salad with scallops. My wife and I have dined here many times, often with friends and occasionally with a party of 6 or 8. A fun, lively restaurant with white table cloths. A special place but come beach casual. Definitely among my top choices in Wilmington. If at the bar, say hello to Lisa who has been holding court at the bar for many years. She is a delight. Say hello to "Baha" a very friendly and welcoming maitre D. You will not be disappointed at BB. Sit inside at a quiet table. Or at the lively bar, or outside on a pleasant evening like tonight. Great spot!!!
Bit expensive than I thought. The main dish was 36-40 dollars. But the quality is awesome. Recommend this place for dinner dates, family gatherings!

Beautiful Brunch. Loved the live music and got their early enough to enjoy it at the shades patio seat.
This place is great we ordered about 12 things off the menu including 2 different desserts and drinks we will be coming back.
Made a reservation for New Years Eve, perfect date night atmosphere, with polite, speedy service. Not to mention the how perfect the food was, I got the filet mignon cooked medium and it was exactly how I expected.
Arrived on a Saturday night around 7:30, the restaurant was busy so there was a short wait. We went to the bar and just ended up staying there to eat as well. The two bartenders were busy but they still took good care of us. I was surprised they only had one NC beer... There are dozens of great breweries in this state so that was disappointing. Skip the ceviche, the shrimp was overcooked, and skip the sushi because it was overpriced for what you get. However, the grouper and the Mahi were amazing! And the desserts were delicious and huge! Definitely order dessert to share... I loved the key lime pie - it was made with real key limes and it was so tart!
If you want a nice upscale evening dinner, this is the place! Great food and absolutely wonderful atmosphere! I love being able to eat out and have wait staff that know how to wait on you without interrupting you every 10 minutes to check on you. They just stop at the table and do what they need to do and leave you alone to enjoy the ambience of the evening. We usually reserve this special place for special occasions. One of Wilmington's best restaurants. In my top 10! So good I had to sing a song about it!
At dinner by the bar. This restaurant has fantastic service, great wine list, delicious food and very friendly & relaxing atmosphere! Highly recommend it.
We sat out on the patio. The food and atmosphere is awesome. Excellent customer service. Fresh catch was great! We will be definitely back.
