The Food very good. The menu is simple so if your in a hurry to have a great meal, then this is your spot. The hush puppies are cornbread and said to have no wheat products. "we shall see 😂". The feel of the place is of a mom and pop. I seem to venture to these locals. Table cloth old diner type
I had lunch here today with my parents and it was fantastic! The prices are very reasonable with huge portions. We got fried shrimp, fried oysters and clam strips. Everything was delicious! Our server was Garrett and he was great! I'll definitely be back soon.

I have been going to Something Fishy pretty much my whole life. It was probably my mother's favorite restaurant and the very first place that I ever tried fried shrimp. No frills place with Delicious fresh seafood prepared well. Fresh HOT Hush puppies with honey butter appear with your beverage and keep coming. Simple menu. Nice portions. Ordered the everything platter,each item cooked perfectly. Delicious deviled (you can really TASTE the)crab.

Our waiter was new, sweet, young and did fantastic. Food was excellent! Pricey but well worth it for fresh seafood and incredible hush puppies. I would've liked to have more cocktail sauce but I understand it's expensive and people waste it, I just didn't ask for more. I'm sure they get that a lot.
Great local fried seafood restaurant. Highly suggest the sampler platter. It's a large platter that can be shared. The hush puppies were sooo good!

Fried Scallops was amazing! The sides was a challenge. Tried okra corn on the Cobb and greenbeans. Just get fries. I will be back for the Scallops! Good portion.
Love the huspuppies, fried shrimp and cocktail sauce! The fries aren't very crisp and not much flavor. Not a fan of Hunts ketchup either. However I have been here twice now! Prices and service are great.

If you're ever in Wilmington like we were and you love Seafood you will want to stop by this restaurant. The fried seafood was delicious as well as the hush puppies and fried okra. The service was great we will be back again.
Being from Arizona but born and raised in Fayetteville Fort Bragg North Carolina. I forgot how fried food taste, But after eating here I got a great reminder of how good Southern cooking can be. Must have gained 4 to 5 pounds that day alone. Worth every nickel, Again show your family a good time at
It’s been like 10 yrs or so since we have eaten here. I ordered the sampler meal everything was great with the exception of the clam strips 60% is just batter. I recommend the sample platter minus the clam strips tho. Our waitress very polite and kept our drinks topped off. 4 1/2 stars…
