Satisfied. This place is about the best you can get in the Wilmington area as far as pizza goes. They serve up a nice slice of NY style pizza that has a good cheese and sauce. The only small complaint I have is they are just a tad pricey, but I guess when you have the best in the area, people are willing to pay it!

Great.... I have been dining at this Michaelangelo's location for years and have found it to be consistently good. As most people know, opinions of the "best pizza" vary endlessly. I am not claiming that the pizza here is the best pizza you could ever have...but...it's pretty darn good.
As a child I lived up north and had a lot of experience with true New York style pizzerias. With that said, I can honestly state that Michaelangelo's Pizza is certainly up to par with any of these establishments.
All you have to do is drop by around lunch time and you will see for yourself how popular this place is! It's truly a local favorite. The staff is always focused and friendly. The dining area is usually very clean and the bathrooms are well maintained.
However, a word of warning...if you sit at a booth and have long legs...watch out! There is a strangely placed pole that will take a knee cap off when sliding out of the booth. I can't tell you how many times I have gone limping out! LOL I keep going back so that should tell you something!
Best NY Style Pizza in town. Just as close as you can get to NY Style Pizza in Wilmington. Large slices and reasonable prices also help.
I always come here for a few slices and always love it.
I got a sweet heat(pineapple, bacon, chicken, broccoli, with a sweet and spicy drizzle) , and pepperoni sausage.
They do some modern flavors while mixing it up as well. The slices are a great proportion also!

I am finally getting around to writing a review for this awesome place. Every time I say I’m going to do it, I forget to take some pictures, I usually get home and forget and then I remember after I’ve devoured the veggie Stromboli! Since moving to Wilmington almost 10 years now, I frequently go here at least 4 times a month, it’s always perfect every time. I always get light cheese and sometimes it is a bit more than light, but mostly it’s perfect. I get the same thing every time and every time it’s magical! The price is right, the service is prefect and these guys are just the coolest! If you have not been here, you should, now I can only speak of the one here on Eastwood, but I’m sure all the locations are good, but this review is for this store only. I think these guys would appreciate my album, “Unclassified.” I’m thinking for them, “Time” the instrumental, it’s like cool jazz, like purple, like being there, you dig? Thanks guys for some great food!

The pizza dough is always fresh, the pizza sauce is delicious, the toppings are EXCELLENT and the prices are reasonable.
They also offer pizza by the slice and student discounts. Always my go-to for pizza take-out!
Easy to find (by Home Depot) and plenty of parking!
Used to come here all the time growing up with my pop, we both would order the pizza buffet, really wish y'all could bring that back, for 9.99 that deal was so awesome. Still my favorite place to eat pizza in Wilmington haven't been in a while but this place will always have a place in my heart.
I Love This Place! From NY and there pizza is the closest I can get to great pizza! Stromboli's are the best I've ever tasted along with their marinara sauce!
Excellent thin-crust pizza! By the slice is a big reason why I go here. They need to be open Sundays though, it's a pizza place not a bank. Are you serious about your business or not?
Since I found this pizza place a few years ago, it has been my favorite Wilmington Pizza restaurant. I try others but always find myself back here. Especially for football get togethers, The Godfather pizza is perfect. They deliver which for me is a bonus. When dining in I have my choice of booth, table, bar seating ( yes, they serve beer) or an outside table. The staff is always friendly even when I am ordering on the phone. They have great lunch specials as well.
Great food all around. Single slices are big! Took one star off of atmosphere since we had to clean our own table.

Great local pizza pace that everyone at UNCW survives on!! Wonderful food and they even sell by the slice, which BTW are HUGE slices akin to half a pizza, so beware. Their slices can easily feed 2 people!! I especially love the wings there. They also sell sandwiches and pasta dishes so something for everyone!! You get your money's worth and a fun local atmosphere!!
Perfectly thin and toasty NY style slices, soooo good!🤌 The steak and cheese sub is also amazing. It's counter service and they're quick, so it's a great work lunch option. Highly recommend!
