Nakedfin Poke Bowl - what can I say??? This was my first trip and definitely will not be my last! Let me begin by stating I hate kale - kale raw, kale cooked, kale chips, anything associated with kale....BUT, I LOVE sushi, so decided to try a Build Your Own bowl today. I wasn't in the mood for rice and mixed greens seemed to be plain, so kale it was. I added shrimp and crab with cucumber, edamame and snow peas. When it came to the sauce, I was stuck. The very friendly and helpful young man creating my bowl asked if I liked spicy. Why yes I do and may be that will help drown out the kale! Sriracha mayo it was. I added seaweed flakes and wasabi peas as toppings and oh my .... I could not get it in my face fast enough. All ingredients were fresh and flavorful. A small bowl was plenty, although the taste made me crave more. I do not normally do reviews, hence no pics, just wanted everyone to know about this hidden gem. It made me like kale - for a minute!
I was worried I wouldn’t like poke although I love sushi. I was worried for nothing!! The Heatwave bowl was perfect and they gladly modified it for me to swap some ingredients. I’d also recommend the Nakedfin Heat sauce if you can handle some spice. I honestly was sad my bowl was empty when I was done!!! They gave friendly service in very clean space.... 10/10 would def eat again!
My dad and I ate here for the first time tonight. With both of us having lived in Hawaii and knowing poke, this was pretty darn close. And I underestimated the size, I got the large and he got the regular and we were both so full. I would definitely recommend !

Absolutely delicious! The rice had great flavor, the spiciness of the sriracha mayo was perfect!! The fish was fresh, oh so fresh and amazing! Will definitely revisit! Awesome job guys!
Great poke, great flavors and nice staff. I’m picky about my salmon and theirs was fresh and perfect! Only thing I wished was different was the pieces of salmon were a bit large for me, but that may be a personal preference.
First time at the restaurant and first poke bowl- I’m a convert. I took it to go, but it was ready when I arrived and absolutely delicious. Both employees were friendly (on the phone and in person). I finally get the poke hype!!! Local sushi lovers, you are doing yourself a great disservice if you haven’t been here yet!
This place is awesome !!! Food is phenomenal, staff is professional and the place is immaculate !!
My husband and I went here for the first time the other day, and wow! What a treat! Everything was SO fresh and tasty. We LOVE poke and fresh fish so this was perfect for us. What a delicious, healthy, FRESH option! It was so great, I think I could eat it every day!
A real cool place for a Sashimi bowl! Love the beach decor and the atmosphere. The staff was very helpful explaining about the choices.

Just like Poke in Hawaii. I’ve been waiting for this as they promoted their opening. I wasn’t disappointed. As a matter of fact, we had lunch there today and I ordered a bowl to take home for lunch tomorrow. The best!!!
I had a built your own bowl today after seeing several people’s postings. Quick, fresh and delicious this is going to be a regular thing for me from now on.
I was so excited that it’s here and that’s it’s great! So fresh, great options, easy to take to the beach or stop in to catch a break. The location is great and the place looks awesome. Glad to see you up and running! I’ll be back soon!
Seeing and eating this brought me right back to eating these every day when I was in Hawaii for my honeymoon. They used the freshest ingredients and quality fish! It showed with the taste. Highly reccomend!

I am obsessed with this place. The best poke bowls in town. The ingredients are really fresh! You can choose from a list of bowls or create your own. Photos are just a few of many bowls I have ordered!
Fresh fish and toppings. Toppings however are not unlimited. Limited to 4 before they start charging extra. Place is clean and staff is friendly. The infusion bar was not very good, even the lemonade.
If this is your first time visiting Nakedfin fear not. The servers are patient and will walk you through the choices. I chose the build your own bowl with shrimp, crab meat, green onion, chirashi sauce, crisp onion, mango, cucumber, sweet onion (very good). If the food was a lot colder I would've definitely given 5 stars. I ordered ahead online and picked it up a little earlier than the time I was given, it was already prepared and ready which was nice, I didn't have to wait. It was around 2:30pm and there was only a couple people eating in the restaurant, so it wasn't busy at all. The food was very room temperature though and I just feel like if it was a lot colder (especially since there's fish in it) it would've tasted a lot more fresh and refreshing
First visit today.. ordered the "Spooktacular Bowl" (fresh tuna and crab mix)... AWESOME customer service, EXTREMELY fresh ingredients. Comparable to the fresh Poke bowels we had in Hawaii...
If you're looking for a fresh lunch or between meals place, this is DEFINITELY a MUST visit!!
Awesome and delicious! I did a build your own bowl. I did rice as my base so it was pretty filling. I did take out but you can eat inside. It’s a casual vibe.
This place is awesome. It's a little pricey for lunch, but it is fresh and delicious. Plus, there are so many options on how to create the bowls, it's nice to have the variety (including gluten free options). The service has also been good in my experience- always willing to answer questions. I will return in the future.
This is my NEW FAVORITE FIND for Wilmington! So so delicious! I loved The Pacific & was able to get a scoop of tuna & salmon. I added the seaweed salad after this pic & it was diiiiivine. The staff is so friendly & very helpful...keep up the great work guys. I highly recommend them & everyone should show them some love☺️
We had a very filling poke meal here. The place is simple but so welcoming. I loved the salmon poke bowl .... delicious and a generous serving.
Nakedfin is our new favorite place! The food is super fresh, so flavorful and healthy. The restaurant itself is extremely clean, the staff is always very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The pineapple coconut water is so tasty and refreshing. We tried the Shark bite special, which was delicious but the Big Kahuna is still my numero uno.
First time checking this place out and Jackson really hooked me up! Made these great recommendations pictured and even cut me up some fresh avocado. Really appreciate it! Thanks guys! (P.S. Military discount)
My first time here and I decided to get the Tsunami bowl. It was a bit on the pricey side but I thought it was well worth it! It was a huge serving and it filled me up! The photo does no justice! I added pickled ginger (in case you wonder why yours didn't come with it). The service was fast and easy. Will definitely be back when I'm in town!
Absolutely fantastic. I'm not easy to please with poke, or sushi in general. This place is the best. We will be back soon.
Stopped in for dinner. Got the medium heatwave bowl to go. Half rice and half greens. Pretty good taste. Wished the tuna was a higher grade.
Delicious! Raw seafood over rice and/or greens. Tasty and nutritious, I don't think you can go wrong with any of the options here. A must try!
Place was very clean. Employees were nice. Food was good.
The food is fresh and the portions are ample. The drink options were kind of limited, but their coconut pineapple water is good (I don't even like coconut water and I liked it). I would suggest that the owners add a changing table in the bathroom and consider a kids portion bowl option.
So friendly, and so delicious! They'll let you customize any way you like and are good at giving recommendations to new folks. Love this place! When we moved back from Hawaii my husband missed poke so much - he is so happy to have found this place! I don't think we can move away now ...
