Visited for the first time this evening and was very happy with our visit. I had grilled jumbo shrimp, coleslaw, and fries. I cannot say enough about my meal. My husband had the seafood platter with two choices of fish, coleslaw, and fries. Hush puppies are included with the meal while you wait for your order. The service was fast and super friendly and the decor was warm and inviting and very clean. This will definitely be a regular place for us. Well done Morgan’s Seafood!

The hush puppies were really really good, probably the best I've had. Not to be too dramatic but the fried okra was also exceptional to the point of possibly being the best I've had.
Menu has a lot of options, I did the select one seafood with two sides and hush puppies. Overall good food. Pretty good deal, for the amount and quality of food, I couldn't finish it. There was so much food.
If we could give 10 stars we would! Where to start….!!! The food is amazing and to please 17 teenagers/young adults…. We had NOTHING left! Tyler was amazing working with us to get exactly what we needed for our Christmas meeting! I recommend Morgan’s Seafood to just about anyone I talk to!! And if you know me, I can chat 🤭
Great food! nice family owed place, clean and again the food was perfect! I had a fried flounder po boy and my girl had a grilled flounder sandwich...both were excellent! Cole slaw, hush puppies and corn nuggets were 100%. Definitely gonna try the clam strip next time :) This will be our go-to fish place!!
Found this little Gem a couple of weeks ago. Both times we had the Flounder Sandwich and Catfish. Both were great! Catfish was like butter. Hush puppies are super yummy! This is a must try!!
Working out of town, I decided to grab some seafood in Wilmington. This place surpassed expectations. So good ! Only paid $6! Well worth it ! Must check this place out
Great Place! The best hush puppies and the scallops we're done just right to melt in your mouth.
We got both fried and grilled seafood. The fried shrimp were lightly breaded instead of being totally hidden.
If you get the super platter, split it or be prepared for a food challenge.
We stopped here for a late lunch. Both my wife and I had combo 2 seafood platters. Mine was fried catfish w/jumbo shrimp, Mac & cheese, fried okra. My wife had clam strips & popcorn shrimp with Okra and fries. Everything was fried perfectly and not the least bit greasy. You can opt for fried or grilled seafood. They gave us free hush puppies as a started with honey butter. Staff was over the top friendly and welcoming. They enjoy what they do and it shows.
We will return with our family when they visit us.
Another "hole in the wall" place but so worth it. I had the grouper nuggets and hubby had combo plate of oysters and catfish. So good and don't forget to get greens, they were awesome. I didn't care for the coleslaw, it was bland, nor the hush puppies, they were not too flavorful and cold.
This place is a small seafood restaurant that offers great fried fish that is at a very reasonable price. I had the Alaskan fish with popcorn shrimp, turnip greens and green beans. It is delicious and very inexpensive. Expect paper plates and napkins and clean tables, friendly staff too.
The fried Jumbo shrimp and hush puppies were spectacular. My sides were just ok. Definitely worth a visit, if you don't have time for a sit down restaurant, as they have a pick up window. Prices were reasonable and food was hot and fresh.
Oh yes! Really really good!! It was my first time trying this place and it was the best tasting shrimp I have had in Wilmington. The fruit punch is really good too! Plus the customer service was awesome!

Was able to park right out front the restaurant there seems to be plenty of parking around the area, I walked into a clean spacious modern looking restaurant space, bright vibrant colors, big art mural on the wall, nautical knickknacks. A good looking space, everything was clean they had a good selection of choices on the menu. They brought out some hush puppies to our table as a starter. I got fried oysters, and fresh local flounder, sweet potato fries, fried okra My aunt joined me She also had fried oysters & fried jumbo shrimp regular fries and slaw. It was lightly breaded and quickly fried, perfectly cooked, "I call it Calabash style". We both enjoyed our meals very much. It's a small operation, with the owner in the kitchen cooking, You know I always like to see that! It means that quality and freshness is always exceptional in a place like that, and this was no exception, everything was fresh, made in house, and delicious. I highly recommend this place Come by and check them out
