We ended up here tonight after atrocious service somewhere “fancy” downtown where we didn’t get past one drink before closing out and leaving.
It was quite slow when we arrived at Ruby’s (off season) but the staff was all very friendly, efficient and gracious. Salad bar was well stocked and clean.
First time at this location. The place needs updating. Some of the seats have rips and tears. Not enough servers here either the place was at the most 25% capacity but took the only server se time to get to me. I wanted the fish and chips but were put at 3:50 PM ordered the burger at 9.99. I agr
We enjoy going to the Ruby Tuesday Monkey Junction location because it close to our home and the service is great. Laurie is pleasant and seats us quickly. She is good at telling us about any new items on the menu. The food and drinks are good.
Great place to get in and out of quickly with great service and friendly staff. Laurie, is always kind and makes sure to anticipate your needs. I love not having to ask for every little thing. The menu has a good selection and great specials.
We are super sensitive to crowded loud bar type restaurants like Chili's and others. We appreciate a quieter meal environment so we can talk and share ideas, dreams and sometimes jokes.

Our waitress Kaitlyn was very nice. The food delicious. The broken booth cushion almost caused me to fall. We found it odd that so close to Christmas, when so many retailers started their decorating weeks ago, not a single Holiday decoration anywhere.

Joy was amazing...very attentive! All of our food was so good and filling! I was trying to remember to take pictures before we started eating, but I forgot! So, the portion sizes are bigger than what is pictured. All in all, really good experience and cannot wait to come back!
Nice variety of food choices. Ruby Tuesday probably has the best salad bar of anywhere. I hate that they got rid of the cheddar cheese garlic biscuits. That was one of my favorite things that I looked forward to when going to Ruby Tuesday. They have great steaks, ribs and chicken entrees. Nice dini
Food took a little long. But overall, it was good. waitress had mad skills with remembering our orders. One thing that was wrong was one of our people in the party ordered no bacon, n still got bacon
Food was the best I've ever experienced at any ruby tuesdays.. including the one in (lewisville-clemmons NC) which was the very first job I ever had. Food didn't take long, was hot and delicious, my titos and tonic was poured generously, even moreso on the second one! No complaints there at all.

Our waiter was incredibly sweet and the staff was very accommodating. The food was amazing. They have very quick and good service. Defined recommend this location!
Service in kitchen was alittle slow due to staffing shortage issues but.. our waitress LAURI was very attentive and Cheerful and in the 🎄 CHRISTMAS spirit and friendly. She made our visit pleasant. Thanks everyone for all your hard work.
