The service was fine the only problem I had was that what I ordered was not what I received. So you’re probably thinking that is a good thing. But no the problem was that what was extra was too salty and not eatable. But the manager fixed the problem.
Staff was definitely on point and made a 4 star into a 5 star. Food was quick and love the sauces. Only complaint is the chicken strips were on the smaller side.
The team there really goes out of their way to help!
The food is great! Good portion sizes at this location. The service was good, the guy at the register was very nice and very helpful. There wasn't any items out by the drink areas so I felt bad having to ask for everything we needed for our meals but other than that it was perfect! I'm sure we drove

I had an early lunch, and got the #3 combo. 5 Teriyaki Boneless wings, 3 tenders, fries, and Texas Toast. It was all hot and delicious.
One of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever been in! Kimberly, your employee says she was responsible for cleaning the restaurant this morning. Kudos to Kimberly!
I’m not ashamed to admit I’ve had Zaxbys at least a hundred times in my life. Of all of my many experiences, today @ about 6:30PM has been by far the most outstanding. Absolutely fantastic and friendly service, and the most delicious food. Thank you guys!
Pretty flippin' delicious! I suggest the hottest sauces, but they are all good. Salads are awesome too.

Corey working the drive thru was a pleasure to talk with and did an amazing job at customer service! He seems like a leader and good ambassador for the Zaxby's brand! Food was great as always. Just like to give props when they are worthy. P.S. bring back the marinara sauce for the cheddar bites!
