I've been ordering from this Papa John's for many years and "I" recently make a mistake while placing my order on the Papa John's app and they delivered my pizzas exactly how I ordered them. However, when I discovered my mistake, I called the store, talked to the manager and she was MORE than helpful to resolve my mistake by making and delivering me a new pizza the way I meant to order it the first time... All at not cost to me! She was kind, understanding and professional and that's almost impossible to find anymore so everyone in their ordering area needs to order from this Papa John's and experience true customer service!!
We order from here at least once a week. When we have a problem with an order it is taken care of. They have improved tremendously with the quality and speed over the past year. Keep up the good service , it is definitely noticed! :)
Might be that I live close to this store but deliveries are always on time or ahead of schedule, at least according to thier app. The food is on par with what you'd expect from a chain franchise and still hot when delivered. I've never had a bad experience with this location and delivery people have always been friendly.
Ordered pizza and wings from here last night, and it was fabulous! The food was hot, and you could tell that the ingredients were fresh! This store should be proud of themselves! It’s the best pizza we’ve had in quite some time! Thank you store 2602!! Keep up the good work!
I carried out a large pepperoni and pineapple last night. It was delicious. Service of crew members was very polite and the wait time very minimal. If you are down near the beach or monkey junction you're gonna wanna try this location for carry out delivery.
Ordered a large 5 topping thin crust with philly meat and an order of jalapeño poppers. Tonight was the best experience ever and everything was beyond expectations. Great teamwork was utilized with the pizza prep, check, and delivery. The order was accurate and delivered was fast. Thanks to all involve and will order again soon!
Manager is the best and was incredibly polite when the doordash driver took a long time to deliver our pizza. We've ordered multiple times from this location and always get the best quality and service.
I love Papa John's it is absolutely awesome pizza with great price and they have great desserts as well but the best thing is you can have it cooked your way extra crispy or normal then or thick crust stuffed or not stuffed that's the way to do it keep up the good job
I'm a local chef and was not about to cook after work and having three kids finishing their first day of school. I don't go out to eat much. My son was a nightmare for a second, meanwhile these young very sweet and patient women were organizing family Caious in a manner that turned my thoughts from frustration. I wanted a quick fix on dinner and it was taking to long so I thought I will see who the manager is. In the moment I asked one of the young women answered I'm the acting manager. I instantly thought of myself at that age acting on what was out of my league and thought she nailed it. This crew stood stong in a situation they may have not been totally prepared for but prevailed. Please take this as a review of strength in hiring and maybe give this group more preparation for this crazy world they are serving. Thanks!
Dave the caller man was fantastic recommended GREAT pizza, he definitely deserves a raise also honey chipotle wings are great you will forever have my business. Dave is absolutely fantastic and hot (tell him i said that) he’ll understand
