Chef Butler has perfected house specials like short rib pasta and the best oil and bread combo on the east coast. Personal pizzas? The best. Not in mood for Italian ? Try the grilled avocado appetizer and salmon risotto. Wash anything and everything down with a broad and deep wine list curated for all budgets and all tastes.

Full disclosure they’re a client. Having said that: Once again Toscana hits a remote home run! Their thick cut pork chop over shaved Brussels sprouts is awesome! Why “remote”? Because I have a disability and have to bring the food home for dinner. It reheats perfectly well and as a bonus?! They slice it for me since my hands are too weak to do it myself. Enjoy!

It’s a shame one person has a bad experience and the world has to hear about it. I’ve always had great service. The fresh pasta meals are amazing! Appetizers always delicious!! But save room for dessert, in house specialities! See you there.

Lovely brunch at Piccolina Toscana this morning. Our first visit to this little gem which has managed to create an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and relaxed. The best minestrone ever. Great attention to all the details I love -- good music, great lighting, table linens, efficient but unhurried service, unmistakably fresh ingredients in every item we tried. Oh, did I mention . . . the food was awesome !!!

Food is delicious and fairly fast. Great place for lunch. Their menu has something for everyone so you can't go wrong if you have a group. Seating outside is perfect for the warmer months.

Great customer service! We enjoyed going for restaurant week, the tuna loin with risotto was spectacular. If they added it to the menu, I would definitely keep coming back!

I was at the restaurant for the first time a few years pre-Covid. I returned Friday 3/18/22 with my 28yo daughter and a co-worker after another area restaurant was booked. We were soooo glad that happened. From the moment we walked through the door the hostess was welcoming and friendly. Our waiter Amadu was very attentive, personable, offered suggestions from the menu and asked the cook to make me linguine and clams in a scrumptious white sauce which I was craving that night and was not on the menu.. He even gave us a small ice cream treat when he heard I had celebrated my 50th birthday recently! It was a very personable and enjoyable night. The food was delish, the ambiance was EVERYTHING, and our WAITER provided EXCEPTIONAL service. We will be back!!! It is a MUST stop if you are in the Wilmington area and will be worth the trip if not!!

Me and the family attended a rehearsal dinner at Toscana, and we were severely impressed. I can't speak to their regular menu, but will comment on the buffet style dinner we received. All of the courses, starting with the charcuterie board(with a great selection of cheese and Italian cured meats) to the amazing calamari, caesar salads before the main, whuch consisted of pasta bolognese, chicken picatta, shrimp scampi, a spinach ricotta stuffed Tortellini, and grilled veggies. Also amazing kudos to our waiter for getting us an order of angel hair pasta with butter for our 2yr old. All of this was followed by dessert, consisting of cannoli, chocolate strawberrroes, tortes, and brownies. All courses were appropriately timed, and were great portions for each table. Overall, our service was phenomenal. If we are ever in the area again. We will definitely visit Toscana for regular dinner service.

Our go-to Italian restaurant in Delaware. Food is really great. Get the calamari for appetizers, it does not disappoint. And staff is attentive and great.
