First when we got there the man on the speaker didn't hear us so we repeated the order and the man didn't say anything for 5 minutes. We finally had to say something to get a response and he STILL didn't hear the order. Got a 10 piece nugget and only got 6 and no sauce. We will not be returning

Used to enjoy this place, until we were told the dining room was closed WHILE WE WERE STANDING AT THE COUNTER... If you're closed, put up a sign to say that. Dining room closed at 9:00 and we walked in 5 minutes earlier. An employee walked past us to get a drink at the soda machine for a drive thru customer and didn't say anything about them being closed or closing soon. Just left us standing there for another few minutes before telling us we couldn't be served. I really feel like we were sent away from lazy ness, there was one car in the drive thru when we walked in. Our order could have been taken. The manager should be embarrassed.

This used to be one of the better restraunts in Wilmington for service. I spent 35 minutes inside waiting for my order to be taken. Brittany should not be a Manager. Lee finally took my order. Food was fine they need a manager that can take charge and fill in where needed. It was the worst experience I've had at a restraunt in aong time. I'll be recording my next trip to share because it was that unbelievable.

Order always wrong. Fries rarely hot. Last order included a Grilled Asiago Ranch Club. Not grilled. They are consistent..!!

The Wendy's in Maineville Ohio and Wendy's in Mason near Home Depot serve great food every time I go. The Wendy's here in Wilmington Ohio lacks on food quality. Example: Chicken sandwich I could not find it on the bun. It was the size of a half dollar "REALLY GUY'S"
The other Wendy's location listed above are great, the same sandwich is awesome. Serve the correct food and the ratings will get better, if you can't achieve that people will go elsewhere.

Show some leadership skills, this is my last time at this store and this has been going on for years, I think it time to clean it up managers.

I waited 25 minutes to order, 5 more minutes to pay, only to realize they gave me the incorrect drinks, the incorrect sized orders, and an entirely incorrect sandwich. The only thing they got right was the price of my original meal. If we are going to wait this long for food, you might as well take 30 more seconds to confirm the correct food is in the bags before you hand it to me.

Have had good and bad experiences here overall the food is almost always pretty good the biggest problem is every once in awhile you get someone making your food who can't read and literally just makes it how it comes rather than how you wanted it. It's not always the end of the world but it's almost like Taco Bell at this point where you have to check before you leave every single time.

Called with a concern about a sandwich. A piece of egg had what looked like splatters of blood on it. Definitely NOT ketchup. Called and the worker said, “it’s probably ketchup not blood” without even seeing it and was entirely unconcerned about it.
