Chipotle is organic, healthy and quick! They work with our family's various diets (GF, low-carb, Paleo). I have had only good experiences at Chipotle, they have always been very helpful and gracious. (Wilsonville location)
I made a mistake with my mobile order, and they fixed it without hesitation. Not only that, but they never grumbled about it, and made sure everything was perfect. I feel like they truly cared about helping me have a great experience and love the restaurant even more! Thanks guys! �
We had never eaten at a Chipotle before and were unsure what to order. The two ladies working helped us decide, made us feel welcome and also gave us complimentary items for our first visit. We are from Salem, but if we are in Wilsonville we will definitely consider eating at this location again!
Convenient location in downtown Wilsonville. We tried the new Pollo Asado which was so so. The staffing and service and cleanliness were excellent. I got my free birthday chips and guacamole through the app. The parking lot is a bit crowded and narrow.
Given that this store is part of a franchise that offers a fairly consistent menu, the expectations are already pre-set by what you're used to getting at this franchise. This location meets those expectations and I have no other real negatives to offer, so overall I give it 5 stars. The location is also fairly convenient to interstate 5, and it's in a new shopping center, with ample parking and ease of traffic flow.
The food was good but seemed a bit salty. The other thing I’ve noticed about Chipotle in general is that their stores always seem to have dirty tables and overflowing garbage bins. They did come and clean while we were there at the end of our meal, and the staff was courteous and friendly.
I eat at chipotle quite literally every single day. It's always delicious and fresh! Most of the staff are genrally friendly and helpful.
Things have improved greatly since the store opened, try it again if you had a bad experience.
This is a "go-to" lunch and quick dinner spot. Elegantly simple, minimalist, fresh and somewhat local. Friendly, well trained staff. Rarely out of items. Whole Food Plant Based friendly with lots of meat options. I eat here several times a week.
I am really not seeing how Qdoba is getting 4.6 stars to the 4 stars here at Chipotle. It is a little suspect.
Kameron in there holing the fort down SOLID! I came in close to closing time and the team still made sure I got hot fresh food. Traveling from Florida anybody passing through this is a good spot.
Ordered ahead as thats the thing to do nowadays to ensure they have products "available" to their consumers. Arrived a few minutes early expecting the order to be completed or being worked on. Well they never even got around to starting my order and i sat there waiting for 15 more minutes before they even started on my order as well as another guests order. 😒
Ya'll can do better. Never had these issues here before.
Update: this place has had a crew “makeover” and this place is leagues better than they were!
My wife and I visited at different times but experienced much the same. My wife walked in and was treated okay but not at all how I would expect customers to be treated. Not only that but she overheard workers complaining about the amount of people in the store. I get that you might not be able to leave on time but that’s not a reason to voice your complaints so everyone can hear.
