They have a drive-through but the dining area is always clean if you want to sit for a while.
Drinks (2 refreshers) were good. Service was ok. Bathrooms were very clean. Just a heads up if you use the bathrooms, the music is like a rock concert. :).

I went here today in my travels after getting a disgusting iced coffee from Dunkin in Baldwinville, minutes away from this location. I decided to go inside, because the drive thru line was huge. I had a very friendly & polite young male sales associate (who had light hair & wore glasses) service me at the counter. I asked him if he would mind remaking my awful iced coffee from the other Dunkin & he agreed to do so with a smile & great sense of humor as well. The coffee he made (remade) for me was excellent, hazelnut extra extra iced. I will be back to this particular location for delicious iced coffee & great customer service! Would highly recommend to anyone passing through Winchendon. **Update**: I went through drive thru here recently, and the woman taking my order was overly friendly & happy go lucky. However, the large hot Hazelnut coffee I ordered was terrible! I could barely taste any cream or sugar, and this was supposed to be extra extra! Also, it had a very artificial taste & seemed as if it had been sitting for hours. Definitely not a fresh pot! I guess this Dunkin' seems to be hit or miss.
