Watched hereditary for fathers day..food was great..service was great as well...also recommend the movie if u like horror movies..give them 5 stars..great place to watch a movie
Our favorite date night location! We love the pre-show shorts! We have our favorite menu choices (popcorn, buffalo chicken pizza, and the Mexican chicken wrap). We get there early to eat just as the movie is starting. We have on,y had one disappointing night, and that was a fluke with a distracted server. Other that that one time, the servers have been excellent!
I watched Black Panther there was confused about ordering process for a minute....got it right and I can't wait to watch another movie here again great food service and even through I had 2nd row seating view wasn't bad
Always have great service when I go . Only thing I would like to see is a place to hang your purse. You could put hooks under the table .

I usually go to the mall for movies because the Alamo is hit or miss but I have to admit this was a great experience. They didn’t have people crammed in next to us, we asked for less salty popcorn and got it no problem, the service was fast, and we had free tickets that weren’t supposed to be for opening weekend and they let us use them! So good job Alamo and thank you for a great time!

Our favorite theater in the world. Best unlimited popcorn with the tastiest butter, you can’t go wrong! Love the atmosphere along with the menu!
This was so fun! We saw the Buzz Lightyear movie in 3D. Lots of food choices from bottomless popcorn to ice cream & shakes. Pizza was yummy as well as the loaded fries. Also, a lot of adult beverage choices, which was great! Theater seats were pretty comfortable. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, especially to the kids. Will definitely be back!
We love eating and enjoying movies at the Alamo, the food is tasty, there are nice vegan options, and the viewing experience is much better than any other theaters in the area.
Very Efficient, no line to get in. Server was very friendly and food came out fast. Food is a little pricey but good quality. The seats were comfortable and not too many preview before the movie. Nice experience! Just get there early if you want to eat before lights go down.
We've gone to the movies here twice in a few days for A King's Man and No Way Home. We were fortunate to have the same great waitress both times. The service was great, the seats are comfortable and there isn't a bad seat in the house. The matinee still seems to remain surprisingly affordable for such a nice theater which I appreciate because we have 1 terrible, over priced theater in Martinsburg so this is well worth the trip for us!

I just want to say Alamo Winchester is the best! The customer service is top notch. I recently went there and watched top gun with some friends and I drove home to only find my wallet not in my pocket. I immediately called them they picked right up and I told them the situation and they said they would look for it. When I hung up, I drove back to retrace my footsteps in the parking lot and didn’t see it. I called them and I said could you take my name and number in case you find it. They did, and I was still hopelessly looking for it. The guy on the phone who I can’t remember his name, helped me when I first called and helped get my contact information, when I called the second time. He said that would just double check again for me. A few minutes later I received a call from them and it was the gentleman that I had been talking to at the Alamo, and he said he found it! I asked if I could get it because it was late and they were shutting down he said for sure! Well, he brought it out to me and I was so grateful and thanked him for his kindness and patience in looking for it. I will always support the Alamo Drafthouse, he took time to look again when he could of just done nothing. I always have been a customer there since the Winchester location opened up, and I go to no other theatre in town except the Alamo, except occasionally I do like the old family drive in. I hope this story helps other customers like me appreciate the Alamo’s awesome staff they have!
Great design and concept. Large movie screen. good sound. Good food ,wine and beer. Just Grab some friends and your set.. Bathrooms clean. Waiter and waitress were quick to bring our order out.
Dinner and a movie in the same place. The food was great. The beer and drink selection is really good. The service is quick and accurate. The seating is decent. Nothing to complain about. It’s a better deal than a traditional movie theater. It saves time and money compared to going to dinner, then a movie. It’s just a great place. I’ll be coming back here again.
Just an amazing experience. Kids loved it. Nice atmosphere, Comfortable seats. Food was not great but was decent. Bought bbq pizza, fries, salad. The only thing not wonderful is you might have some trouble getting out of the isle if you need to use restroom so try to get seats closer to the edge of the isle if possible when you choose your location. Overall was a 5 star experience.
