The Tropical Smoothie Café has fantastic smoothies, the Café is cute and beach themed and the staff are super sweet. They have tables and chairs so you can sit and enjoy your smoothie --the drive through is busy but the inside is quiet.

Since I’ve started going to tropical smoothie I’ve had some really good smoothies and some not so good. I’ve had some that tasted really watered down and not much fruit flavor to them even when I added the extra fruit. I ordered one the other day and again it tasted watered down so I told on of the
Yum! First time trying this place and we loved everything about it. The smoothies were delicious, the environment is light and airy, and the food was on point. We had just came from the gym and this felt like a healthier option to take with the options that were available to us.
My sister ordered a Jerk Chicken Quesadilla the other night and the staff wrote a rude message on the box. I went back to the store the next day to let them know that she was rather hurt by the message. The girl I spoke with was rude and unprofessional when a simple apology would’ve gone a long way.

I sat in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Lobby was empty. I can understand being short staffed and busy but it really just appeared to be poor management because a girl was at the window stocking lids and straws etc rather than working with the team to speed
They do a gois job keeping up just have to be patient...see below. No place to park with the long drivethrough lines @ the pleasant Valley Winchester location given the small strip mall location and minimal shared strip all spaces... at peak times Paisanos pizza patrons are impeded to get a parking
They need to either close the drive thru or close the lobby. Their ability to run both at the same time is lacking. Sitting in the drive thru for over 45 minutes and still have 2 cars in front of me.
