Decent service, and pretty quick. I do think the quality of Zaxby's overall has gone down in the last 15 years. I got a wings and things plate, and the tenders were kind of pathetic. I don't blame this individual store; I think there are better options out there.

Average to below average with respect to speed of service. They’ve never messed up my order so they are reliable in that aspect. Customer service, like seemingly every other fast-food establishment not named Chick-Fil-A, is poor.

Prices have gone up and the line is consistently around the building. With the dining room closed, it seems like they could move a little better on the drive thru.
