I was surprised by how elegant looking the inside of this restaurant is. Not only that it is clean and very well priced. The lunch menu is what I ordered off of since I went for lunch. Service itself was a tad slow and I had to ask for a straw, refill, soy sauce and the check. The staff is very friendly, super helpful and cheery. The menu has items of sushi, hibachi, Chinese and Thai food so it has a very wide variety. My favorite part was the large fish tank that is visible upon entry. The food itself was well portioned, very tasty and fresh. I would definitely go back again but probably try something different. (The sweet and sour sauce was a bit too sweet!)
Went here on a Sunday night date with my hubby. I don’t know why we’ve driven past this restaurant without stopping in so many times. They really have so much to choose from - hibachi, bowls you can customize, and sushi. Truly a garden of Asian delights. I enjoyed the atmosphere, felt very intimate for our date. We enjoyed sushi which was surprisingly fresh for Buford.
It was great. We tried both sides. The hibachi as well as the regular. The only place we have been to in a long time that had no negatives I could think of. So I had to give it 5 stars. Great staff, great food.
Found my favorite Asian restaurant in the U.S. They feature hibachi, Chinese, sushi, and Thai. Not to mention great customer service. A rarity nowadays. The owner is really nice, staff friendly. i forgot to mention John Travolta has eaten here 3x in a 2 week period.
Thanks Asian Garden for an unforgettable experience! I will definitely come back for the host, Tony Li, who expertly catered to our every need. He even taught us some Chinese words and recommended some excellent dishes like the Vietnamese noodle soup. He was always smiling and laughing haha! Will be coming back 20/10!!!!!
The good: Food was delicious. There wasn't a single bite that wasn't really tasty. Service was good despite the restaurant being really busy.
The bad: Hostess area and the 4 or 5 people working the front were swamped and the process of getting seated was very chaotic.
The ugly: We asked for sushi bar seating and the hostess took and put us at the bar. She told us the sushi chef wasn't serving anyone at the sushi counter. She was also very rude when I asked her to clarify. She pointed to two seats and said we can't sit at the sushi bar and that we can watch TV at the bar. We sat down and had to ask another server to move. Explained we wanted to sit at the sushi bar and she told us of course you can! Had a great meal after getting sat where we requested. Made no sense why we couldn't sit at the sushi bar in the first place. Also did not appreciate the hostess' attitude.

Another great experience at Asian Garden. I Absolutely love the pho 🍲 here, it was my first time trying it from here and I’m definitely pleased by it. The tuna roll is good, and so is the spicy basil chicken rice… hahah I kinda forgot the name of that, but it’s a good place to go to. It’s never packed, and thats a good thing but it worries me like.. this place is soo good. Where is everyone at? Actually I think I know, they have a hibachi side of the restaurant, and I haven’t gone over there, but I think I just answered my own question. The owner is super sweet. He comes by to say hey every now and then, and helps out. The staff is accommodating. It’s clean, and the food is good. That’s all folks
