If you go here, ask for Paul! He was absolutely the best waiter. I’ve had ever! (Coming from a former waitress.) the food was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was lovely and intimate. The place was packed so if you can make a reservation do so it’s worth the wait! A little pricey, but definitely worth it more so than the other places around. The food had an abundance of flavor and we had such a great time even in the rain definitely a must try spot if you’re in Windham.

I went in expecting nothing impressive, but was blown away. We started with their burrata dish, which was good. Nothing crazy there. Then had the lemon chicken and the chicken Marsala. The lemon chicken was good, but a bit bland. The Marsala was really the star. Super flavorful. Ended with the seasonal lemon cheesecake, which was delightful. They remind me of a childhood noonis house and cooking. There is no salt on the table 😂 because it's supposed to be good as is. If I make it back to the Catskills, I will be sure to stop by again.

It was a good find. The food was great. The main portions are very large. Keep that in mind. However, they don't take reservations, and we had to wait for 1,5h. The place was definitely overcrowded and noisy. But the host offered us tea while we were waiting. That was nice of them.

I've been coming here since 2006, and it's still just as magical. The food is delicious and top quality. The interior is beautiful and the service is next level! A definite MUST visit while in the Catskills.

We celebrated our wedding rehearsal dinner at Millrock this summer and it was an exceptional experience every step of the way. From the planning process to the event itself, Eddie, his family, and the staff at Millrock were so accommodating, warm, and kind. The food and service was incredible. Eddie arranged a family style meal at our request and everyone raved about each delicious course. Their team ensured there was always food and drink on the table and everyone was well taken care of. But most importantly, Eddie communicated with us every step of the way and made us feel welcome as if we were family. We can’t thank him, his parents, and the Millrock team enough!

Dishes we ordered were mediocre good. We felt that main dishes could use a bit more salt/seasoning. Service was great. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. She checked on us frequently. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Go early because they do fill up quickly and they don't take reservations. We waited for 20 mins, which is not too bad. There is a service charge for credit card, which I think they forgot to inform us.

Every single dish and drink was impeccable! Some of the most delicious and light food I’ve ever had. The service was beyond amazing and the aesthetic of the restaurant was truly beautiful.

Millrock, Windham N.Y if your palette wants Italian American food, you have found a quaint bistro style. Mussels in bianco sauce was simply delicious with slivers fresh garlic, shallots and hint of creamy butter ,herbs ,fresh and sizeable mussels along with fresh baked bread is a meal in it self. Bolognese red sauce with linguine perfectly acidity and sweetness that doesn't leave your stomach acidic. Perfection to the chef. If your palette craves 12 inch personal pizza margarita base with toppings of your choice and fresh homemade mozzarella soars to new heights with thin crust. Millrock also has premier wine inventory, tonight staffing seems understaffed and not alot of tables, hopefully this will be remedied since this is a hidden gem in Windham N.Y. that will please your senses.Millrock also charges a credit card fee to use your credit card, no one carrys cash?? My credit company advised this is illegal in ny and questionable charging your customers a fee to use a credit card. taking advantage during this economic inflation. $$$ Hrs Thursday through Sunday.

My fiancé and I came here yesterday for dinner for the first time, and we will definitely be coming back! The restaurant itself is very cute, and it was very busy but we still got great service. The food was absolutely amazing and was so fresh. My fiancé is a vegetarian and there were plenty of options for him. They have a great dinner selection, and a really good dessert menu. The staff was very friendly. I already can’t wait to come back during our next visit to Windham!

It was our first anniversary and my husband chose The Millrock for dinner while we were in the area. We looked at at least 10 places but he was so persistent on going to Millrock. We parked nearby and walked in to be greeted by the beautiful owner of this restaurant, Justine. She has such a warm personality that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable right away. It was a Saturday night so they were definitely busy which was a great sign. While waiting we ordered some wine and we were shortly seated at our table by the window. Our server was such a polite and professional young man. He communicated clearly throughout the evening. Took our orders quickly, checked if we needed anything every so often. In spite of being so busy he had a smile on his face which shows that he really cared about his guests. We ordered shrimp scampi and pizza. I can't tell you how yum that pizza was, the pasta was a hit with my other half. We ended our evening with a beautiful rich flourless chocolate cake with a scoop of icecream. Absolutely delicious. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend Millrock to everyone whose visiting the Windham area. I would give more stars for Justine's hospitality if I could ❤

We had such a great time at Millrock. The food was yummy, the vibe was great, and the service was incredible. Our server Paul, was the best! The owner made a stop or two at our table as well. Really down to earth people who clearly know how to make their customers happy and comfortable. We'll definitely be returning the next time we crave Italian/Pizza!

Family run restaurants are simply the best! With it's friendly service and delicious homemade food, the Millrock is emblemetic. It's a community establishment with Culinary Institute of America chief and pastry chief. Looking forward to my next visit.

Love Millrock! One of our favorite go to spots in Windham… One of the only places we can get broccoli rabe on the regular. The waitstaff is always on point especially Alexis and we love the company of Eddie and the whole team. John will also always hold a special place in my heart and will always consider them great people and phenomenal hosts…

The food and service was excellent!! We had fried calamari and broccoli rab with garlic & oil and freshly grated parmesan (I asked for a side if marinara for the calamari because the sauce that came with it was a bit spicy for me.) The marinara was amazing! For dinner we had chicken masala with fresh mozzarella on top and the shrimp scampi over linguini...so delicious!! And for dessert I really enjoyed the chocolate fudge cake! The chianti I had was also delicious. All in all great experience.

I went to Windham, NY last week to visit my friend. My bus arrived here around 9:00 pm. The restaurant around there almost close but this restaurant still open. I read the reviews n saw the pictures of food was nice. I told my friend to have dinner here. She said she has to call them to confirm that they still open at that time i arrived cuz if it's not busy, they might close before business hours. Finally we ate here and NOT disappointed. The food that i order was very delicious. We were enjoy this meal even though a little bit rushed. If u have plans to visit here, Windham, Catskill or Hunter Mt. I would recommend u to have dinner here. Ps. It's my first time here.
