Under carriage of crust was firm but inside of crust a bit chewy sauce was tangy yet sweet, and cheese was high quality. As good as the original spot in Homewood. Mine was right out of the oven. Highly recommend!
Man it was a hell of a night for pizza places I’ll never overlook this place again 5 star service all the way around we showed up 20 min before kitchen closed no complaint had excellent appetizers and pizza on table fast excellent customer service all around amazing food and experience would recommend to anyone and I’m absolutely making this my stop for pizza thank you mike for the excellent service
They keep the service and food up to the high standards that Joe Aurelio set 60+ years ago. No place better to go in Chicagoland for pizza than Aurelio's.
Best pizza restaurant experience, I've ever had! The waiter staff is awesome! Very good pizza and salad. I came with a large group of friends and they were very accommodating! Please support this restaurant!

There for an HOA meeting. Pizzas were delicious. Nice meeting area.
Great pizza and almost as good as the original from Homewood.Always get seated right away. Service sometimes is little subpar but it all works out.
The cheese blend they use is far superior to any other location in the area. Tastes very similar to the Oakbrook location (closed restaurant, not the take-out place), which my family considered the gold standard for Aurelio's. We will only go to this location now for our family pizza outings.
I have been here many times and have always had a great experience. Love, love, love their pizza…eat in and carry out! The restaurant has a good selection of beer and wine and a beautiful bar area. Service is always over and above. The salad portions are generous and they have a nice variety of food, besides their amazing pizza. When the weather is warmer, they have a cozy outdoor seating area. It’s very clean and a nice, convenient neighborhood restaurant!
Decent pizza for a premium pie price. I've had better for less money hence the one star ding.

My friends and I visited this place over a week ago and let me tell you, it is definitely the best place that I had ever been to! just perfect. The ambiance of this place is immaculate, the settings and all are just so neat and neutral. The vibes are really on point and it really did change y mood up. The visual of their place was quite awesome, especially the inside. It is clean, neat, tidy, well organized, proper, decent, and bright. It really gives off the best hang-out vibes. We ordered their Classic pizza, Buffalo wings, and pasta. All of those are large and doubled and it really didn’t disappoint. Really worth the money and satisfy our cravings. Would really recommend all of those for you to try. Their pizza is stuffed and the cheese is just immaculate, the crust is perfect and the sauce is well seasoned. Everything is well cooked! I really loved it. Definitely would like to go here again for another time! thank you for the wonderful experience and neat service. Staffs were friendly, polite, kind professional, and cooperative. Keep up the good work! Thank you! Your staff really made my experience much better and more unforgettable.

Edit: I stand corrected. They have delivery. Favorite pizza from here is the regular crust, sausage, and mild peppers.
Review update: Even with the pandemic and shortage of workers, Aurelio's still makes it work! This is classic Chicago pub-style pizza and it makes me so happy, lol. Yes, they have reduced hours right now. But I ordered my regular pizza the other day and it was one of the best ones I've gotten. There were only two employees working (that I could see) when I picked up my pizza mid-afternoon. I think it might have been a weekday.
Now I just need to remember to do something with those pizza box coupons I put somewhere.
This is by far my favorite pizza around, just delicious! They don’t deliver to my neighborhood but it’s worth the short drive. Their customer service is great! The other day I got trigger happy and accidentally asked for 3x the sauce. The owner made a point to talk to my husband and explain that they did their best to fulfill my request, one that has never happened before. Ooops! The pizza was extra saucy but so delicious still and just a tad soggy. I feel others might have just done double or not put in the effort to cook it well done. Thanks Aurelios!!!
