My favorite downtown restaurant! Small plate specials are always creative with unique sauces. Wine list is extensive and the staff is knowledgeable about the wines. Food is consistently well prepared, which makes going there to eat a sure bet! Staff is professional and friendly and they remember clients' names and drink preferences. Outside patio is the bomb in the summer! So pleased to have this great restaurant in our city!
Two friends and I visited last night and had the Brie which was quite good. I had the new Chicken dish and it was amazing! Getting to know the new menu of wines was fun. Although the staff was a bit thin, our waiter did a good job keeping up.
This is a special place with an awesome staff, delicious food, and amazing ambiance!
Last night was such a great dining experience! Our bartender “Ben” was fun with lots of character and our six and vine burger was out of this world and the chicken nachos were top notch. Eating is a necessity, but dining is a pleasure. Thanks for pleasurable evening ����

This place is wonderdul, they have great food and delicious cheesecake and the people who work there make you feel like your family. I love this place, everyone should go.. you wont be disappointed
First time there. WOW!!!! The food was great and our waitress was off the chain!! Very laid back atmosphere. We will definitely be back.
Hands down best wine list in town! I have my favs like the provencal shrimp and the flat breads. They have something for every appetite, small plates when you're just a little bit hungry and large plates when you're starving! Wonderful dressings for the salad! Oh, and you have to save room for dessert - they're all homemade from scratch Yum
Wonderful atmosphere, band was good, beer and wine selections were fantastic. I didnt recognized a lot of labels of wine, staff had full knowledge of all and made excellect recommendations. A must go to bar especially when in Winston-Salem. P.S. Appetizer are very good also.

I have NEVER had a bad meal at 6th and Vine.. Joe and I had just gone to a "not to be named" fancy local place for our anniversary and THIS meal was soooo much BETTER!
Had the ribs food was delicious 😋 drinks 🍷 were great service was just a bit slow still 5 star we’ll be back
Really enjoyed my meal here, quality ingredients put together in a delightful way. And LOTS of GF options. I tried the soup and a small plate off the specials menu, both were good, but the star of the night was the Pear and Bibb salad. So delicious I almost considered a second one for dessert. Would come back for that salad alone.
