Great experience at the IHOP on University Pkwy Saturday 6/25/22. No wait to be seated. Food was awesome, service was great! We live near the IHOP on Silas Creek but the service is not good there! Always short staffed!

Great location. I got a special with 2 pancakes and sausage. My wife got a melt. The waitress was awesome. We will be back.

The service was great! we'rserved quick. The server named Joyce was on point. This was Friday June 24, 2022 approx. 8am. We originally gone to the IHOP on Peter's creek and left because of the bad service. Waiting 20 minutes for coffee and orange juice!!!!

First of all some weird lady took forever to get us a table and they were down a chair, it took about 20 minutes for someone to come and get our drinks and they have a grown child a small cup of apple juice that she could finish in one sip. Had lunch here today. The employees seemed harried even though the restaurant was customer light. Got to hear two employees argue about making up silverware/napkin packets. It's Ihop. Service is at times slow, but sometimes I just want pancakes. And 95% of the time their pancakes are perfect. I had the "Web cakes" and mini-hot chocolate from the Adams Family menu. The menu states the web cakes are topped with cupcake icing, however it's more like cinnamon roll icing. W
