Chik-fil-a. I love you. You have been there for me in the good times, and the bad times. I go to the location in thruway often because it carries Root Beer (Barq's no less. the best of the major brands). My favorite soda... but today I found out that that is no longer the case. it was brought to my attention that rootbeer (and mello yello) is gonna be replaced with cherry coke or something. I don't understand this Chik-fil-a. When I am depressed or really happy, I always want to come by and get a #1 meal (i know i'm basic) with a Root Beer. Has any of your staff even tried a #1 meal and with a Root Beer? It goes together like fries & a vanilla shake, two peas in a pod, tango and cash, etc. Now, like today, even though my sandwich was righteous, I had to down it with a regular coke. like, come on. once you go root beer you can't go back to coke. the flavor, the combination... I just don't know. I mean, I'm still a true fan, I'll still come by when i'm hungry, but, I gotta say, I'm disappointed man. Like, I understand that the locations which carry root beer are limited, especially in the south, but like, why do you gotta be like this man.
Come in this morning and placed my order in the drive thru and was served by a young lady named Karen when I got to the window. Needless to say when I went to pay I realized my debit card was not in my wallet, I was prepared to say thanks, I'm sorry, and pull away but Karen insisted on handling my meal this morning. I will forever continue going to Chi-fil-a because no where else will you go to find such exceptional customer service and such caring and exceptional employees.
Always great service, hot and fresh meals, friendly and quick service with nice attention to details. My personal fav fast food restaurant and location!

I come to this Chickfila very often and it’s always amazing! All of the staff at this location is very kind and has amazing customer service, especially Anne! She works a lot when I come by and she always serves me with a smile. Absolutely amazing customer service. 10/10 location and staff!!
Good food as always. Not as polite as the kind people from my hometown chic-fil-A but still nice employees and still more polite than the employees at that place with the Golden arches and king of the burgers restaurants
Made a reallllly large order for 6:30 am for my class and they were perfect in every way!! Love Melissa and her team so much! Thanks for making it a great experience for my class. You guys rock!
Who doesn't like Chic Fila! Never had a bad experience any one of them wish they were open on Sunday sometimes but respect the decision
