I had the choriqueso appetizer and the Chori Pollo main dish. The chicken had a great char grilled flavor. Very good attentive service. Best Mexican meal I have had in years.
Our server was great, he always checked on us and made sure we always had drink and chips. The food was great. The only problem was the ladies bathroom felt like 40 degrees...very cold.
The Dos Equis beer-battered fish tacos I had Monday night were superb — just what the doctor ordered. (Full disclosure: That’s what I have most often when we eat there, but these were extra good for whatever reason.)

The food was really good. Went with my wife, two dinners and a couple drinks, we were both pleasantly surprised at the bill. Much less than we though it would be. A ton of food. We both had leftovers. Really enjoyed it. Out waiter was great as well.
The food had a good taste. It felt light which is a good thing when eating Mexican food. Staff was friendly. I feel like the refried beans could have had slightly more flavor but overall this was a quality meal and we would go back .

Immediate service at the door and frequent service at the table. For a party of 11 people we waited only 10 minutes for the meal and everyone was served at the same time. That's really impressive. Great variety on the menu. I ordered DosEquis Tacos which is fried haddock. Exquisitely delicious. The price was reasonable. The menu is very flexible for substitutions and everything is cooked perfectly. Outside patio features a tall gazebo and several fountains with gently tumbling water that drowns out the noise of the traffic. Great "party room" and several large booths in corners. This is the best Mi Pueblo restaurant and the best Tex-Mex style cuisine east of the Mississippi. Fantastic. Superb. Tip well.
