Many thanks to Elijah at the window! We were having a very hard day, as my mom just passed. The special-needs kids were acting up in the car and I was frazzled! Elijah took care of us. He was so warm and helpful. He deescalated my stress level and I'm just so grateful! He's helped us before, but this time his demeanor really helped. He looked me in the eye. Connected. Smiled. And made me feel much better. Our food was perfect that day, too! Thank you for having such good employees!
It was very clean they were friendly and courteous. It didn't take long to get our order.
Must have picked a bad time to eat here.
We were the only people dining in, and the sandwiches were cold and the buns not toasted well. I've eaten here many times, but this trip was a disappointment.

Awesome place to get your grub on! Always fast and friendly. Food taste great and is always served HOT. We highly recommend this location when in the Winter Haven area.

We had several items special order that they got everything correct. At my next to last visit only, we all didn't like the fries and threw about half of them away. But last time all was very good.

The place is good, staff are very helpful mind, I order one I received other one, I informed to the manager I think, she changed me in a minute, the bread is not good, very soft tortilla bread atleast toast, I don't want to complain again bread not toast, they feel bad, as a hospitality industry they need to check with people how's the food, I never seen no one doing, until people raise the complaint the food,

I'm giving this 5 Star review with much excitement as it seems we can finally invite Arby's back into our weekly dinner menu! To be fair and honest we had to stop going and have truly missed it as we've always been big on our roast beef sandwiches and I love a good Reuben! But as I've reviewed before, the Bartow store needed many changes and while i understand they're making changes, we just stopped risking it as i don't like to feel my money is being wasted. Before making this review we actually went two nights in a row this week I guess to ensure the greatness we experienced wasn't just a fluke. First night thru the drive up window. A total of 13 sandwiches, fries and drinks that I actually forgot to tack on until actually paying. Jonathan wowwed us as there was a little confusion on our part with remembering the name of one of the sandwiches that needed to be ordered. I gave a slight description to him thru the microphone and instantly he knew what we needed and assisted us in getting it. Although we haven't had great experiences with employees via drive up windows, this was different. He was extremely patient, helpful and even funny at one point so that part was very nice. As we waited for our large order I was on pins and needles wondering what would be forgotten and left out of our bag or cooked incorrectly? NOTHING! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! Jonathan brought our food out and not one item was forgotten. We got home and were in shock as the sandwiches had been made to order (even the ones with special requests), they were all perfectly made and the amount of meat on them actually matched the bun size (like you see in the commercials). Was so good we went back the next night only this time went inside. The place was clean including all tables and even the condiment and drink station. I saw Jonathan and singled him out to place our order with. He actually remembered our specialty requests. I noticed a young lady walking around in the back with the employees. As we were placing our order, she quickly approached and introduced herself as Madison the stores GM. We spoke about my families experiences with her store and I gladly told her we appreciated being able to eat at Arby's again and how great the food was. All and all, Arby's is back on our menu and the employees at "this one", seem to be on there toes. We will definitely be returning weekly!
Freshest fast food that I've tried in Winter Haven. I recommend! Probably the best fast food place here

Absolutely love the one located in my neighborhood.. on 3rd street in winter haven Florida.. the food is ALWAYS fresh...hot and delicious!! And the managers are amazing.. Derrick Belinda and Gabby are always there when i come through the drive thru and there always smiling friendly helpful 👏 I would recommend anyone coming through 3rd street in winter haven.... you have to stop in!! Not just for the delicious sandwiches but the atmosphere is great!! Super clean restaurant 👌 I love my daily stops for lunch at this Arby's!! Great job Derrick,Belinda, and Gabby...not to mention what a great team as well 👏
