One of you workers served an elderly couple at their table (took their order, took their payment, brought their change, brought their food). Kudos to his customer service skills.
Today my 81 & 82 year old grandparent's vehicle stalled in front of this McDonald's on Cypress Gardens Blvd. as people drove right by honking and speeding past them the McDonalds employees rushed out to their vehicle and pushed it down the side road all the way behind the CVS. They then contacted my mother using their own cell phones, no questions ask they just helped and gave my grandparents water as they waited for me and the tow truck to arrive. I don't know who these employees were but from the bottom of my heart thank you very much for assisting them. You didn't have to but you did, I honestly can't express my gratitude enough. There are still good people in this world! I hope these employees are recognized for this amazing act of kindness they showed my grandparents today. Thank you thank you thank you!!

This McDonald's has redeemed McDonald's for us!! The delivery method to our car was so well done and packaged!! Everything was there and perfectly done. Honestly all other places need to take note!! We've had horrible issues with restaurant pick ups and or deliveries the last few months...this by far was the absolute Best! Will go here again for sure
This is the only McDonald's that I will eat at in the Lakeland Winter Haven Bartow area. The food is always hot and fresh, better tasting and texture.
Whatever they're doing, every McDonald's ought to be doing the same thing. cheerful people, and hot and fresh decent tasting McDonald's food ( which I think is getting to be a rarity). no order mistakes in probably 100 visits, which is light years ahead of any other area McDonald's. ( the one that gets them all the time is telling them to leave the cheese off the burger. athey will slap that yucky cheese on my Hamburger because they're used to doing it every time
I am blessed to be able to depend on this kind of food from McDonald's. and I will drive 14 miles each way to have some!

This McDonald's is a good place to come with kids. The employees are following all the Covid-19 guidelines, like EVERYONE wearing masks and wiping the counter after EVERY customer. They have a clean dining room and bathroom. You can still dine in. But the drive-thru is the safest. The line can get long at lunch and dinner hours, but they have it down at this Mickey D's. The drive moves fast and efficiently. I always get hot French fries. Who could ask for anything better!!
Had a curbside moblie order, the young lady who brought out my food gave me an extra dr pepper due to them having too many and was the sweetest.
This McDonald's has a rather small dining room but they make up for that in their incredible efficiency and service! They are one of the very few McDonald's that still provides table service for mobile orders! I would like to give a shoutout to Joe, the dining room host, and to manager Dawn, who handled a problem I had regarding food preparation with grace, humility and professionalism. Also, I don't know if everybody knows this, but quarter pounder patties at ALL McDonald's restaurants are now kept fresh, not frozen, and each quarter pound burger is cooked FRESH TO ORDER . The improvement from the frozen patties that used to be cooked and held in a warming drawer is exponential, making the new Quarter Pounder Deluxe, in particular, a truly awesome burger - far better than Wendy's or Burger King in my opinion!
Food was good and correct and everyone was friendly.
The servers were so nice and friendly, one of the servers got my drink for me without me asking. That is dedication
