It's pricey but worth the money. A good sandwich is hard to find. This place is going to become my families go to place every weekend.
First time we even herd about this concept, loved it and will definitely go back....very attentive employees and clean place.

We decided to try this place out after hearing some good reviews. When we came in we were greeted quickly and asked if we were new. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure we had everything we needed. We have two children and they made sure to get their drinks out as soon as possible. We ordered the chocolate milk for them and I thought it was going to be like a juice box size but it was a huge cup (so keep that in mind). I decided to get the wicked but in a spinach wrap. The ingredients were fresh, lots of options and had great taste. The ice is the crunchy “sonic” ice and I’m a huge fan of that lol. I loved that the kids meals were not just an after thought. They had more than just a ham or turkey and cheese sandwich to choose from. The sides were apples and carrots, which my kids love. It even came with a small side of ranch. They were really excited for the stickers and tokens to use for the candy machine. The (what I believe to be) owner made sure to come over to our table to make sure everything was how we liked it. Overall we were all impressed and will be back soon.
Love this place! Very fast and nice. Team ordered lunch to go at the last minute, and it was ready 2 minutes ahead of schedule. Oreo shake = best thing ever!

First time trying this place. Wife and I found the service was excellent very helpful and friendly with helping us figure out the menu. Food itself was very tasty very good. Regular sub was slightly small from my taste. I could have went for a large but all in, it was good.
Not bad! Not much difference than subway. They were out of fries and the guy there was just kind of blah. He did his job and made my sandwich good and so no complaints. Which they had fries that I could try, but they are out of them for the second time.
They did a great job explaining the menu for me since it was my first time! Great food, great employees! I’m adding this place to my favorites list 😁Michelle specifically represents the company very well with her smile 😁

This town needed a truly good sub shop and this is it! Lets go into detail here.
Options: they have so many options and have something for everyone. Their club is top notch and my usual go to.
The drink loyalty program. If you buy the large drink, you can bring the collectible plastic cup back and fill it for the price of a regular. Worth it. You WILL be back.
The sandwich itself. What really stands out is their bread. It is really good bread with a pleasent crust when toasted and soft inside. This alone really sets it apart but theres more. You write down on a sub bag what you want and they make it and give it back in that bag. This is a neat way to order and reduces mistakes. You get so much in the sub too. A regular is plenty but if youre really hungry grab a large. They stuff these subs full of whatever you want. They do not skimp.
The staff is really polite and helpful as well.
They have an app with rewards that i have not used but might start.
Overall this is the best sandwich place in Winter Haven.

We have not had the opportunity to enjoy Which Wich in quite some time as the one closest to us closed a few years back. This location moved here about 4 years ago I was told. We visited them when they were a few miles down the road when we used to come this way more often. We found them with ease once I followed the GPS. This is a very good location with so much in the area. The first thing we noticed was that the menu had changed and they now have fries. Bags are in short supply but we are fine with a Build Your Own bag as we customize everything anyway. My companion got a regular steak and I got a super roast beef with turkey and bacon added. I get mine cut in thirds and it lasts for 3 meals. I really love their food. The lady making the food does not remember me but is very nice and does an excellent job. The guy working the register was efficient but not as personable as I expect. Along with our subs we each ordered a large fry. I did mention they have fries. The fries are an interesting thing here. They are crinkle cut and I believe air fried. It takes just under 4 minutes to cook an order but for us it was worth it. I am nothing if nat patient, and I love their food. My sandwich was huge and I ate my third but wanted to finish the whole thing. I behaved and brought the rest home for the next day. The orders of fries were larger than expected but they were excellent and lightly salted. If I was closer I would eat here all the time. There are no good sub places near us, yet.
I would like to give props to Toby, he was the only employee there during the lunch hour rush. He handled himself with such honor and grace. Even though he was severely understaffed, he made my sandwich, as if there was not a line of people wanting him to take their order. I will definitely come back because Toby.
This was my first experience at this restaurant. It's interesting to figure out the ordering, but it's an easy way to be very specific about your sandwich. My turkey was a very tasty sandwich, and unlike many sandwich places, they have fries. Imo, really delicious fries. A very enjoyable lunch!
Great sandwiches, but they never have fries, we’ve been there a half dozen times since we moved here in August and they never have them.
Why did i wait so long to go here?! I got the brunchwich and it was the best sandwich I've ever eaten. Full of flavor, bread had the right crunch to softness, it did not disappoint. My fiance got the bahn mi and loved it and my son got the tuna. Price was for 3 meals was the same amount as I would pay as if I went to Mikes. Place was super clean and the staff was courteous. We will def be going back again!
Fantastic sandwich shop with great options for low-carbers. I particularly love the art display where they encourage patrons draw on their sandwich bags and leave on display for other customers to enjoy. They also have a reusable cup you can purchase for discounted refills when you return. Great staff. Great experience every time. :)
I usually eat here about once a month, they're sandwiches are definitely different from anything else. The bread is different, the meat, and the sauces. Some of the subs I like a lot, others I didn't care for, give them a try! They have pretty good house made chips.
This new sandwich concept is amazing. They are trending up due to there high quality and great service. The veggies are all fresh, and don't consist of any pesticides like Subway veggies do. This location in particular has outstanding service and staff!
