Great place to eat! Good fun atmosphere and fresh foods.
I worked at this location for 3 years! Unfortunately family matters came up but I loved every minute of being there The guest were always friendly and many knew my family by heart. I miss it and would go back given the chance!
Not bad, staff is super nice and really helpful. Food is not bad. I actually love the soup believe it or not. Heads up the digital arcade card isn't accepted here.. tokens only. The staff here is some of the nicest and coolest people I've experienced in all of Florida . Came here in Vacation .. my 7 year old loves it here.
Food quality and cleanliness was good. We haven't been back in years and glad to see things change with new owner and management! Staff was attentive and friendly. Call about kids Tuesday special!!! Gave food 4 stars since there wasn't as much on bar when we arrived but got food out fast!
Good food, but not nearly enough pizza on the buffet. It was pretty busy and there were only 3 pizzas on the buffet, cheese sticks were gone, pasta looked old. The salad was good, but there needs to be more pizza options for a buffet

Take CiCi's for what it is: ultimate value in dine-in pizza, dessert, and salads. If you eat a lot (like me), Cici's offers value due to its buffet-based nature. You can get any pizzas they make at any quantity you wish, and as a bonus, you can custom order as many pizzas as you wish. Flatbread, round, veggie or meat-lovers, CiCi's will satisfy your pizza cravings and then some with dessert.
However, if your goal is more gourmet or some "NY-style" pizza, you'd best visit elsewhere.

When we arrived, there was a credit card on the counter. The cashier picked it up and after 20 mins., she asked if it was ours. 5 mins after that she asked another cashier and another 10 mins later, found the owner still in store... why take so long to do the right thing?
Pizza took forever to be ready and had more marinara than cheese.
Clean place. Hot food will make request pizza to go on buffet. Great price. Located in nice shopping center with Walmart and many others. Friendly staff. Game room for kids
I thought all CiCi’s were out of business until I traveled to Florida. What a nice surprise to have a salad and pizza buffet again! Especially the cheesy bread dipped in hot marinara sauce.
All you can eat pizza which is always amazing in my eyes. Lots of arcade games which is unusual for me to see (from England) but brings out the inner child so bonus points there. Only a few selection of pizzas but topped up quickly which is understandable as I guess they don't want loads of pizzas just stood around. The place was clean, the toilets were tidy, and the staff were friendly. I would definitely come back here again, if in the area 😁
Great employees.their friendly, hard working and the restaurant was very clean and organized and it smelt great not just the smell of food either.
Wonderful girl at front desk she’s tall and always smiling she knows what kind of pizza before we get there , I’m sorry I don’t know her name but she’s wonderful. We come every week .

The food has gone down hill the last few times we have been there and I understand they do have a big turn over. I went up and ordered a pizza like my wife and I always do and the cook said to me it's going to be a while is there something on the line you could eat!!! We left
The colors, textures and temperature were all on point. 👍 The delivery was speedy as well. As you can see, pizza disappears quickly in this house. 🍕
