Went in for lunch and buy for my colleagues. Food was fresh, fast, and accurate. Very friendly service. The manager Mrs Stat. was very nice, has everything clean and organized store. Felicia at the counter did very good job, took accurate order and was very professional. Everyone seemed friendly and I will be coming this location more often for lunch very clean store and fresh food. I highly recommend coming here eat if you want fast and professional outstanding service. Very content thank you to all working employees at this location.
Sometimes I want a good grilled burger and not do it myself. I love Burger King during those times. My burger and fries with sweet iced tea served the purpose that day.
Very efficient mobile pick-up order made possible by the kind and helpful Team Associates that were on duty during both separate visits I made today to this location. They treated me respectfully and like any other customer—not always the treatment you get when the only thing you're picking up is a Reward (that is, nothing is being purchased). Thank you ladies.
Depends on the rime of the day as to the atmosphere but to go into there to use the facilities while the people you are with are going through the drive through they could be quite rude...

The Whopper JR was made exactly how I ordered it! Friendly staff is always a plus when you are traveling .
Nice and clean location, staff was polite and friendly. Our food came out pretty fast and was good with no complaints. This store is set up nicely. The only somewhat negative comment I have is the new $1 tacos are not all that great but it is Burger King ;)
This place was amazing when they say teamwork is DreamWork today's crew held it well together under such pressure our food was freshly cooked and amazing visited at 1230 on Aug 27 2023 a lady had drive through at a standstill cause her burger was not made corectly and after eating some she wanted it right they kindly gave the customer her way got everyone else's food out promptly will definitely go back here for sure bathrooms and dinning rooms were also very well kept kudos to this bk crew
Had a little snafu just a wrong key push by the guy at the 1st window but the manager on duty was very quick and was very nice to the employee that made the mistake... way to go manager!! Definitely in the right position! All in all very well done bravo didn't catch her name but I hope she gets the recognition she deserves...bravo👋sun may21,2023 around 12:50 pm.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Food was great and bathrooms are clean! Employees at this location are very nice and know how to treat customers. We would highly recommend this Burger King when visiting the Winter Haven Florida area. This location is short drive from Legoland Florida Resort.

I went in for the drive-thru for a quick cheeseburger because I was hungry. It really doesn't taste that good. I knew I was just going to "fill my belly". Two "Rodeo Burgers", almost $4.°°. The drive thru was not easy to get out of the parking lot to street, then route to Orlando appointment. The wonderful ladies that took my order & gave me my burgers were professional kind and helpful. They should get a pay raise, everything is so expensive. KUDOS to their Dedication🙏🏽💕
