Umi Japanese Restaurant - Winter Park - Photo album

Umi, Umi, Umi! So much to say, yet not enough at the same time. This is hands down a favorite for Sushi! Reservations were set, and kept on time, no wait/delay. Between the food, service, and ambiance of this restaurant, I can never get tired of coming back. We had David as our server, who was so
Philly roll and shrimp & vegetables tempura were both delicious. I also tried Park Avenue Rolls that my husband ordered. It was phenomenal. It was my first time trying sake, I loved it. Sitting at a sushi bar, my husband and I also enjoyed seeing how sushi chefs were making the rolls. Great customer
I love Umi so, so much. I have been here so many times over the past 5+ years and I can easily say it is one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever been to! I love creative and unique sushi rolls and that pretty much defines this restaurant - if you’re wanting to try new types of sushi you have n
It's rare I have bad experiences at any place I choose to spend my money at. With this review, I had to truly think before typing. Only because I had an overall GOOD EXPERIENCE, there were a few glitches in the system. The service was ok. A little all over the place. Let's just say it's different s

The employees and our waiter were all so friendly and very attentive. The serving sizes were good & prices not bad either! W

However, this restaurant still manages to keep a unique menu for the area. Th
The food was delicious and I was able to modify my rolls without any inconvenience (other places often have a problem with this). The service was incredible, our waiter (Ben) was attentive to our table and gave us good recommendations.
This is my third time coming to Umi, and my best experience that saved the place for me. I ordered the rainbow roll and the volcano roll and oh my GOODNESS! I daydream about that volcano roll now it was so good. My friend ordered the drunken lobster, the waygu nigiri, and pan seared gyoza, all which
